A3 supposedly sold 20K units, if prices stay the same should take you 48 days to ROI, which theoretically, should be before any soft fork, if they do it.
I got paid in a new coin (for me) last night... Linxcoin. Anyone know when that pay out occurs? I got my other payouts already and its above the threshold.
We all need to fight for " The CryptoCurrency Tax Fairness Act" It is imperative that it pass into law. It will allow trasactions under $600 PER TRANSACTION to be TAX FREE! That would allow PH’s small micro payment model to be tax free. A may payout threshold could be set at $599. Thus each payout would be TAX FREE!
thats only so bob can covert 400$ in LTC to BTC and not have to pay capital gains on that $400, still have to had claimed it when it was made, and once sold for cast down the road if over $600 would still owe capital gains on that plus income tax on the profits.
Capital gains are up to the coin owner to report or not . nobody elses business, but PH withholding payment until 1099 is only increasing payout to above the $600 level
US banks are seeing their depositers withdraw money at an extremely high rate at the moment... the cash is being witdrawn and converted to BTC ETC. I have a feeling the banks will keep their customers privacy respected for customer moving cash back into their vaults.

and that 600 limit...I think thats per year? so as long as you dont make over $600 in a year....the same value PH says you need to fill out the question if you are US citizen or not.
Go ask a bank teller what their reporting requirements are for cash deposits. They will tell you that they are mandated to file a report for cash deposits over $10,000. They will also tell you that they can volentarily report smaller transactions if the customer is suspicious. That the the law of the land at the moment
Banks are required to file a Bank Secrecy Act Currency Transaction Report for cash deposits over $10,000. A copy of this form is sent to FinCEN, a division of the U.S. Treasury which is responsible for detecting money laundering and other financial crimes.Oct 4, 2017
Reporting Banks and businesses must file a form 8300 within 15 days after receiving the $10,000-plus payment. If the customer makes multiple smaller payments, the 15 days countdown starts as soon as the total paid exceeds $10,000. The bank or its parent must notify the person who made the transaction that he's been identified in the report, provide a contact number for follow-up questions and state the total amount of cash involved. Notification doesn't have to go out until Jan. 31 of the year after the company filed the 8300.
This rule applies to American dollars and to foreign currency worth more than $10,000. It also kicks in if the bank receives multiple payments from the same agent or individual over the course of a year adding up to more than $10,000. Banks don't have to report personal checks, regardless of the amount.
