Steve, Goldcoin payments don’t seem to be happening.

travelinmusic · · #78874

While I have your attention, any update on the missing $50 dollar ? I have 2 open tickets on it and has been over a month. Is not good for moral. and I am not going for the 1099 excuse on that one. It was probably prior to $600 even mined by me on this site.

travelinmusic · · #78875

As a aside note, when my american bank ATM eats a cash deposit or malfunctions, the beleive their customer and credit their account until the issue is investigated.

travelinmusic · · #78876

and then make it permanent.

AppleMiner · · #78877

as stated many times by the owners, the pool is not a bank.

travelinmusic · · #78878

yes we are all aware the pool is not a bank, and neither am I.

travelinmusic · · #78879

However, if a good business wants to keep moral and trust from their customers up, then they will trust their customers too. Everyone wants a viable solution for their issues ASAP, After a week it becomes frusterating, after 2 weeks it becomes angering, after 3 weeks it becomes suspicious, after 4 weeks it becomes total BS.

travelinmusic · · #78880

next stop fraud, then embezzlement, and finally racketeering..

AppleMiner · · #78881

well it being a payout or account issue only the ticket support can really help you with that one. No one else would have access to check on that sort of thing.

travelinmusic · · #78882

Ticket is waiting for support, last entry from PH staff was 28/Dec/17 8:34 AM. It was originally submitted 18/Dec/17 6:40 PM

YAsZA · · #78883

Hi - When Can I log a call for support as my payout times keep changing even after reaching the set amounts?

YAsZA · · #78884

or Rather where sorry.

AppleMiner · · #78885

is there a checkbox on payout eligible?

AppleMiner · · #78886

refresh the page

AppleMiner · · #78887

its 30 mins after server midnight

AppleMiner · · #78888

if your payout coin has had a checkbox on the payout eligible for OVER 24 hours, then head over to support.prohashing.com and put a support ticket in.

travelinmusic · · #78889

Occasionally when a fact based solution can not be found, A quality business will resort to the old saying "the customer is always right" and chalk it up to "the cost of doing business" and eat the loss by compensating the customer regardless.

bmhamlet · · #78890

As a customer, I think you folks provide a good service. Room for improvement, but that can be said for any endeavor. I’m most concerned about the stability. So I’ll check back in once the dedicated line is in. I like what you’re trying to do and the payout flexibility is great. Just looking for reliability

travelinmusic · · #78891

bammm, finally hit 50 Litecoins and broke 10k at the same time. Value is $10,200. (x 5% = $510. aka the cost of not doing business

agrip666 · · #78892

no payouts, not login to support-system

agrip666 · · #78893

wtf?

agrip666 · · #78894

where is my money?

Forum notification · · #78895

Steve Sokolowski · · #78896

I reviewed the lines below and determined that all support tickets have been either answered or assigned to Chris for investigation

Steve Sokolowski · · #78897

there are 760 tickets waiting for customer reply, and 22 under investigation by Chris

Steve Sokolowski · · #78898

there are zero tickets that have not been seen, so the overwhelming majority of those who are having issues should check the ticketing system and reply to their tickets with the requested information

has started a new topic: Lindacoin lost block

Fry · · #78900

Solomining Lindacoin is giving me lost blocks. It says it was paid when i check block explorer tho? Whats going on?

blakeman12 · · #78901

lots of complaints i see....sheesh

blakeman12 · · #78902

@Fry :  does it say orphaned?

blakeman12 · · #78903

otherwise, are you solo mining? if so, then you will get credited...if not, the pool gets credited

Fry · · #78904

Its not orphaned and yes i was solo mining

blakeman12 · · #78905

well it may take some time to get credited

Fry · · #78906

I appreciate the response man. So i just have to wait then? Haha sorry i was just concerned bc it said lost

blakeman12 · · #78907

yes sir

blakeman12 · · #78908

anyone solo mining?

mycide · · #78909

not atm

blakeman12 · · #78910

i usually just mine to the pool and get paid out in LTC

blakeman12 · · #78911

trying to find some ronpaul blocks

mycide · · #78912

if u only have one payout, in this case ltc i have noticed that litecoinpool.org gave more ltc per day per L3+ but if you want different coins payed out, this pool is the best.

pavvappav · · #78913

litecoinpool is at 103% pps. Prohashing is 100% pps, but with a 5% pool fee.

pavvappav · · #78914

On some days litecoinpool is better then PH; however, when altcoins are outperforming LTC PH is better than litecoinpool.

pavvappav · · #78915

Basicly, if you see alot of litecoin being mined by your miners on PH then litecoinpool is probably better that day. If you see altcoins being mined more frequently, then PH will be higher (even if only marginally) that day.

Fry · · #78916

I am solomining linda but the block says lost still

pavvappav · · #78917

Looking at the charts page, notice the days that had higher payouts and the division of coins mined that day -- less litecoin = higher revenue.

blakeman12 · · #78918

@Fry :  put a ticket in becuase if may be a configuration issue

travelinmusic · · #78919

Glad to hear only 22 tickets, since I have 2 of them that are the same problem, that’s 21 total. Both are waiting for support.

pavvappav · · #78920

If the status is "lost" that means your found coins are not being broadcast to the network due to the coins’ daemon being in a broken/errored state.

pavvappav · · #78921

Continuing to solo mine coins that return "lost" states will not result in coins being found/awarded.

travelinmusic · · #78922

The good news is I have been solo mining here for a week and figured out how to make $23 a day per 600 mhs miner. I tested it for over a week and it was consistent. I would tell exactly how but last time me and Grease found a profitable method, a buch of chat watchers jumped on and the coin dificulty went way up. I am itching to move 10 miners back to PH and test $23 on a larger scale! just waiting for tickets to be resolved.

blakeman12 · · #78923

lol yea i hear ya...where do u send your altcoins? Yobit.net?

blakeman12 · · #78924

@travelinmusic :  thats for you

travelinmusic · · #78925

a few mini coins at yobit, RonPaul, LSD, NYC

pavvappav · · #78926

If you know the coin you want to solo mine, you could setup the blockchain for that coin on your own computers and mine directly to the full client.

blakeman12 · · #78927

ditto

travelinmusic · · #78928

Only because I couldent find a reliable wallet

blakeman12 · · #78929

same here

Fry · · #78930

That doesnt make sense. I see payouts for lindacoin

travelinmusic · · #78931

I have been trying to figure the solo method! all Ive read have no full success but they also offer methods, I am not so good at code and dont want to make a mistake

travelinmusic · · #78932

Pav can read minds! maybe. Awesome set of folks in here! Once this new data line and tickets closed, this site will be unstopable.

travelinmusic · · #78933

I am testing the same coin here with a broken L3+ so see if any miner will do it. Or just the all powerful 600mhs, or if it was just a lucky stretch.

travelinmusic · · #78934

Speaking of Ron Paul, Rand Pauls attacker Rene Boucher was finally charged today. Rene attacke Rand from behind while Rand was mowing the lawn w headphones on! Broke his ribs and more.. Real scumbag.

Steve Sokolowski · · #78935

Be careful about this - they measure their fees differently

Steve Sokolowski · · #78936

you’re not earning a 3% bonus - they are paying you 3% more than litecoin and keeping the rest

Steve Sokolowski · · #78937

they earn merge mined coins for themselves

Steve Sokolowski · · #78938

we simply mine as much as we can and take the fee from the total earnings

Steve Sokolowski · · #78939

the litecoinpool method is misleading

Fry · · #78940

Still not sure why i wasent paid for a block of lindacoin i found. It was not orphaned, it was solomined and people are being paid for it i checked

AppleMiner · · #78941

Fry wrote: Still not sure why i wasent paid for a block of lindacoin i found. It was not orphaned, it was solomined and people are being paid for it i checked
because when it comes out LOST it is not found...so no reward.

ryvaenge · · #78942

Hi, new with mining, got a Innosilicon A4+ yesterday. I only have Coinbase wallet, if I want payouts in some altcoins, i there a place so I can have wallets for many coins at one place?

AppleMiner · · #78943

yes, exchanges

AppleMiner · · #78944

or wallet services

ryvaenge · · #78945

Any you could recomend with a wide specter of coins

ryvaenge · · #78946

Crowbar · · #78947

Hardware Wallet Exodus

has started a new topic: Smileycoin payments not working

travelinmusic · · #78949

Anyone interested and have ability to create new coin?/wallets etc? I have a few good ideas if there is a partner dev out there and PH would agree to mine them for a while given that an exchange would pick them up as well.

FastCashMining · · #78950

That would be awesome.

FastCashMining · · #78951

I just finished building a GPU rig

AppleMiner · · #78952

travelinmusic wrote: Anyone interested and have ability to create new coin?/wallets etc? I have a few good ideas if there is a partner dev out there and PH would agree to mine them for a while given that an exchange would pick them up as well.
if they aren't already up on an exchange to have a profit price so the pool knows what to payout to the miners, not sure it could be added.

AppleMiner · · #78953

same reason coins with only novaexchange were removed after nova went offline and no other exchanges had those coins for sale.

AppleMiner · · #78954

@travelinmusic :  did your tickets you had in get updates? Steve's post said all the tickets in the system were now waiting for a reply from the users, were your two tickets in there also?

AppleMiner · · #78955

go nacos, go globalcoin, go nacos, go globalcoin

travelinmusic · · #78956

Both tickets are waiting for support. You misread I think. It said all have been read but 22 are awaiting Steve to investigate.

travelinmusic · · #78957

or Chris rather.

travelinmusic · · #78958

AppleMiner wrote: same reason coins with only novaexchange were removed after nova went offline and no other exchanges had those coins for sale.
I get all that, this is just the very seed of an idea, if there is an interested dev and to be fully thought out.

travelinmusic · · #78959

FastCashMining wrote: I just finished building a GPU rig
Are you west coat or East coast or non US? PM if you are interested in creating new coins.

travelinmusic · · #78960

I would be willing to host a crypto PH meetup on the west coast in winter or east coast during summer.

travelinmusic · · #78961

I get free hotel rooms at the local casino tower here so it could be stylin... me and the money bots get along real well  I can hang in the miner room for a few hours configuring and then go to the casino and have a 6th sense with the slots (to be tested further)

travelinmusic · · #78962

Anyone tried running just 1 power plug to a bad card to see if at least 1/2 the card will work?

Forum notification · · #78963

has started a new topic: cgminer not connecting to server

FastCashMining · · #78964

Sorry. I was in a game. I am East coast

FastCashMining · · #78965

CEntral technically.

FastCashMining · · #78966

Apple did you get another a3?

AppleMiner · · #78967

7 of them now.

AppleMiner · · #78968

no they only let me get 1 per account/address, and for all the hassle, the fact it can only mine 1 coin, the network may disappear before the machines come out, and the wallets last I checked still arent working.

AppleMiner · · #78969

i think 1 is risky enough for now.

AppleMiner · · #78970

I see it being another D3 turd.

Aura89 · · #78971

@AppleMiner : </strong> You may not even be able to mine with it in a few months

Aura89 · · #78972

one one Blake2B coin, Siacoin, and they may softfork and change they algorithm to make sure bitmain is not on their algo. Siacoin developers and most of their users are very much not happy with bitmain right now.
