im checking back in just to notice my 2 support mails from over 10 weeks ago are still not answered as well as the forum thread or the issue itself fixed ( missing a good amount of btc )
I dont want to be just apologizing for the guys not getting to you quickly, but I do want to say my experience with them has been fair, always, and I am sure that your support case is going to get taken care of. You just may need to wave your arms a little more and jump up and down
I can second frisk’s observations... They just got a lot of babies that need rocked and newbies’ hands held. They are understaffed and I think thats plain to see but they have reason for keeping it trim right now... in short, be patient it always works out better than trippin
this is a business, its about money, they are flipping 100k daily, thats 3 million a month, you guys are talking like this is a hobby, how its "trim" of not answering important support mails, concerning money, i need to invest, for 14 days? With the amount of money earned by fees the could simply hire someone solving support requests, but maybe they just want to earn and run..
keep in mind the last few weeks theyve literally been swamped recovering from ddos, moving services around configuring servers for upcoming upgrades. support tickets have been placed on hold, or will be as soon as chris announces it
also @kirrrrrr : steve posted chris completed all but one email ticket, before a rush of new ones came in from share inserter issue, so unless your email was that one, your issue was allready looked at
Chris is working hard to stay up to date on the customer service requests. We apologize for delays with that. He got down to just one outstanding E-Mail on Friday night before the backlog continued. At some point this week, Chris is going to announce delayed support so that he can get the ticketing system online. The lack of a ticketing system is preventing us from working on a permanent solution to the support problem, and it also prevents us from hiring anyone to help with the issue.
I totally understand where you are coming from Kirr... but microsoft didnt start out making billions... this is a startup copmpany and sometimes its just a couple guys in a garage even though it is a real business... be patient, I have been here a few months and I have been overall happy
guys do you know what will happen after bitmain deliver L3+s do you think will they affect our profit on PH i mean can it decreas profit maybe it is silly question but i am just curious
