Payout coin request: Guys if at all possible it would be nice to have RLC as a payout coin. RLC is an Ethereum-based token used in the iEx.ec blockchain-based distributed cloud computing platform. I’m very impressed with the team they have and think this will be a long term play. http://iex.ec/
its shows no block found for a period of about 3 hours but then over the past 45mins blocks are showing. Hoping its lag it will update the 3 hour period

Chris is working on correcting this. I think the sudden increase in hashrate caused server difficulties that he needed to adjust for, but he should be able to tell more soon.
Good thing I had a new release with performance improvements available in time.
I just started mining with SP20E, but after a short while, like 1 week of mining, it was not connecting to the pool again, i’ve tried to check all my connection but it seems good but still yet not connecting to the pool. see attached pictures of what its saying
I’m about to restart the mining server. We determined the reason for the instability over the past days is that the additional users require more memory on the mining server. When we get a large influx of new users, the server runs out of memory and Debian kills the memory-intensive share inserter process to free memory, resulting in lost shares. I need to restart the server to allocate more memory to the virtual machine.
Steve got the information incorrect. I actually don’t know what brand they are. We bought from a lot of 2U servers that list the hardware but not the manufacturer. I’m assuming that the seller has a lot of different brands and what we get will be luck of the draw. The server is in a box at the hosting facility waiting to be installed.
do you guys think solo mining gamecredits with only 28MH/s makes sense? i tried for like 8-9 hours today before i realized the stratum wasn’t working. i’m guessing it would take days or weeks to solve a block
Honestly, the markets are stable relative to the coin difficulties. The network difficulties are what results in the short term profitability swings, while the markets are what result in the longer term profitability trends.
The thing to keep in mind with live coin status is that most of the coins have such low network difficulty that we can’t assign much hashrate to them. So while they may be profitable, they can’t absorb enough hashrate to significantly affect average profitability.
