Yes, if the network ever catches up. Chris is looking into it, but unfortunately this sort of unreliability is the standard for bitcoin anymore.

Or was his letter not intended to have been made public? - Understanding that those benefiting from AsicBoost would want to block Segwit at all costs, but I had thought Maxwell played a role in exposing AsicBoost as a main :secret" reason for the Segwit resistance. - or did I get that all totally wrong?

I don’t know. Maxwell lied about our business multiple times two years ago, and since then I stopped believing a word he says. Jihan Wu also demonstrated himself to be untrustworthy in his dealings with us, but Bitcoin Unlimited is the better solution - partially because Wu is not a developer for Unlimited, but Maxwell is a developer for the Core.

I read that one on Saturday, of course they made progress since then. . my guess is a hung or misbehaving process on the mining server, hopefully Chris or Steve will pop in soon to update.

@ Chris - Steve - frankly speaking the constant series of upgrades and improvements have resulted in an extended period of unreliable mining performance. If I could recommend, please settle on a stable configuration that works, then slow the pace of changes down a bit. Introducing X11 was a major change and improvement, perhaps a period to consolidate the change now on the newly upgraded HW would be a good move.

Please forgive if that sounded like a lecture - truly not my intention. It would just be great if I can stop sleeping with one eye open watching for stales and rejects to surge and destroy all my profits
