Since you seem you may know... if we are mining as an example BitcoinScrypt and its at $.10 an M doesnt the final sell price at exchange create the price, and it could be at $.05 by that time.
so even if you only get on and mine it for 10 secs...thats 10 X 100 = 1000 seconds worth of mining at 1, so 10 secs of high profit mining is like 15 mins or regular mining.
So my question is, when do you get credit for it, what it sells at or what you mine at. I cannot imagine you can sustain a price of a coin while it has to confirm
You aren't mining coins or blocks but hash shares for the hash you have applied to the system, those shares are computed vs the value of the coin profit and an equal value of the payout coin you want is deposited to your payout account.
in pps pools pool is taking risk, let say pool is unlucky doesnt find a block during a certain time where you mined, it shouldnt matter as pool is paying you for the expected earnings, in the long run theyll make up for it by being lucky getting two blocks in half the time some other day. Some pools may pay out differently thou.
I have not received a payout yet and i started mining 3 days ago. I think this is the best mining pool on the entire internet and my miners are one many of them but if you don’t get the coins you mine sent to you, it’s totally irrelevant.

That’s what we do already, isn’t it? Payouts are issued once a day for balances earned the previous day, provided they are above a threshold that prevents large proportions of fees

You could be waiting for days or weeks even months, depending on what coin you picked for payout, what the threshold of that coin is, and how much you are earning per day.
If Verge had a payout threshold of $30 and you only made $5 a day, you would expect to wait 6 days to clear the threshold and then once cleared you would get your $30 payout.
CSZiggy, yes I get that. I’m not including earnings under set threshold. Every means that there is no period longer than 24 hours between payments being made. Once per day and every 24 hours is not the same thing.
Steve, never had a chance to chat live with you. I have a question about the process and I will respect the privacy and I have to use an example because I may not know the lingo
If I mine 20 Bongger coins, I have to wait for them to mature and it credits my account equal to my payout settings... do you sell the coins immediatly on exchange?

I do not think you mine the coins, or have to wait for them to mature. In fact even if a block goes orphan or immature, you still get paid, thats why you mine SHARES and not COINS.
Pretty sure the shares are worth what the coin that produced the shares profitibility was at the time you mined the shares. and that equates into coins in your payout of choice.
unless you are soloing then its just what you find for blocks, and if they go orphan, no payout. Pooling is better in that you still get paid even if orphaned or immature.
Same for me - I got 250 submitted shares and over 400 stale shares! My miner gets kicked out now and again, so I’m changing the pool until this gets resolved
steve you have too many problems in one time i thing it isnt small problems, i mining with only one miner because i have still low luck on my accout i think that my earn will be lost and never paid, i create support ticket today morning, but i read forum and tickets will be delayed. i believe that you resolve all problem, i am switch my activity to other pool until the problems get out of here, good luck
Curiosity question: If someone doesn’t update their miner settings and is still attempting to get verge as a payout, what happens now that it’s been disabled on PH?
