@mycide been mining at PH from sept 2017. Efficiency does vary anything from 85%+, but mostly at 100%. I was under the impression that drops in efficiency were due to overcapacity of miners and poor network. These issues should be fixed soon. Or is my assessment

There is nothing you will be able to do about my connection in a submited ticket either.. any changes needed you will have to do server side, you can not fix issues that is not on your end.

But i don’t have hardware i only rented hash power. And i dont want buy more hash power for account on PH because i dont know that my luck is ok. How you resolve this. I am mined 30.3 some money and i have low luck 1.4, but you block all money from 30.3 why?

i dont have problem before, 1.4. i am mining icash on x11, and i think thah this coin has some problem with my luck, primary i try mining scrypt and this day i try x11 and then i have low luck
i think that it is not my mistake, i want to any logical answer about that from you, how you calculate luck?, because it looks like a mystical problem with luck , your pool must be resist, if i have low luck then you heva to block my miners and inform me, i dont want earn from 1.4, cancel it!!, i want to enable my accout to normal is it posible?

we don’t announce how this is calculated because there is a very clear difference between low luck and normal miners
i remember a long time ago being identified as being a low luck miner, and my earnings were forfeited as socialized losses, i made a support ticket and it was refunded but i still don’t know why it happened. probably totally unrelated to current low luck algorithm
i you think that i have been scammed by nice hash, WHY you block my account on PH, which rules i am break? if something was wrong you cancel my earn, for this mining session were i had low luck. I would like to continue using may account, is it possible?
Anyone elses Live Worker Status just showing the total hashing speed of account and not splitting up the miners as well as showing what coin your mining? It started about mid-day yesterday for me. Didn’t know if it was my issue or system.

ok i understand, i want continue to try mining, i want only information what i need to do to clear this warning
i agree mikiko, i spent a lot of money for renting, and haven’t problem before here and too on other pool, i read last steven post about conspiration theory... sorry steve, but i think that problem is in your services, some bug which one make problem with rented hash power, i never hurt before about variable luck. I am not a criminal, i only try to earn some money, without buyng hardware.

I never said you’re a criminal, but I do think you may be a victim. It seems like the average luck of miners from cloud mining services is significantly lower than that of owned miners.
question - when servers go down on Friday, where will everyone go? Im guessing Litecoin pool. But can they handle the influx? Is there s limit to how many people can log into a mining service?

I don’t want to make a recommendation on that; but I don’t think we will be offline for very long
I wonder if the lower than normal effic levels is what is causing all the low luck triggers to pop. If the new servers were added if that alone would just make it go away.
@4guanzon : only BTC can go into a BTC wallet. If you are getting paid in verge then you need a verge wallet. Not sure what you are mining or what coins you are getting as payout but you need that type of a wallet.

@CsZiggy: I’m mining Scrypt, litecoin and bitcoin cash. so if I’m mining litecoin it will go to litecoin wallet and bitcoin cash is for bitcoin wallet.
