Bitcoin just hit 10000 USD/BTC. Breaking the history of the cryptocurrency world.
mickeekung · Wed Nov 29, 2017 10:27 AM UTC · #52299
BTC payout from Prohashing for today received with unconfirmed tx right now. Thanks.
mickeekung · Wed Nov 29, 2017 11:53 AM UTC · #52300
X11 is now 45.589 TH/s and I feel that share stale and reject hashrate just raising as hashrate raising.
mickeekung · Wed Nov 29, 2017 11:57 AM UTC · #52301
X11 46 to 59 TH/s in less than 1 second. Is this normal?
mickeekung · Wed Nov 29, 2017 12:03 PM UTC · #52302
Lower to 33 TH/s now. Ahhh.

Aura89 wrote: @djliss : What is the point of buying 6 1070 ti’s? I can’t figure out why people are trying to GPU mine still. At best, if you found the cards for MSRP price, that’d be $2700 dollars, just for the GPUs, not counting the motherboard, ram, CPU, power supply, and anything else you have to pay for to build it. All for a (current) $370 (Ethereum) per month return? because i gpu mine zcash @ $410 a month with 4 x 1070 and 1 x 1080 so not bad for a non ti 5 card rig, and resale value on graphics cards will be a hell of a lot better than an asic miner
djliss · Wed Nov 29, 2017 12:57 PM UTC · #52305
And I also build my own systems, pc’s are like lego duplo to me lol

Hey will be connecting my D3 today; what is the payment per day here currently
Minermoe · Wed Nov 29, 2017 02:04 PM UTC · #52310
@kiduzela $3.25 is what I got. Not worth it, they have been having a lot of problems in my opinion

jstefanop · Wed Nov 29, 2017 04:35 PM UTC · #52315
@steve anyone from your tech side around to debug an issue with a new miner
jstefanop · Wed Nov 29, 2017 04:36 PM UTC · #52316
some of our users are trying to connect to your pool but for some reason its connecting with a default diff of 128k
Chris Sokolowski · Wed Nov 29, 2017 04:47 PM UTC · #52317
I need to restart our VPN server to finish configuring our new support system. In about 10 minutes, all of our sites will go offline for about 60 seconds.
mickeekung · Wed Nov 29, 2017 04:53 PM UTC · #52318
Hello Chris. I’m not see you for a long time. I miss you so much. I’m glad to see that you’re fine and look good today.
mycide · Wed Nov 29, 2017 04:54 PM UTC · #52319
next two batches of L3+ coming in march, big increase around 25% in ltc network. bitmain plugging in the march batch to run.
mycide · Wed Nov 29, 2017 04:55 PM UTC · #52320
price seem to keep moving up to reflect future network difficulty, very nice prospect.
Chris Sokolowski · Wed Nov 29, 2017 05:15 PM UTC · #52321
I’ve been working behind the scenes on the support tickets; steve has been maintaining the forums
idleshell · Wed Nov 29, 2017 05:39 PM UTC · #52323
anyone else having weird UI issues? My 3 miners are connected but i see no coins incrementing and no coins being mined. Just me?
skinner · Wed Nov 29, 2017 05:43 PM UTC · #52325
PH says miners are connected but CGminer says pool 2
skinner · Wed Nov 29, 2017 05:43 PM UTC · #52326

Status page shows ASIC devices connected, yet they aren’t and have defaulted over to Nicehash. Everything says link/pool dead.
Chris Sokolowski · Wed Nov 29, 2017 06:32 PM UTC · #52330
okay, everything fixed. Added a new VPN connection but forgot to add forwarding rules for an additional tunnel. The new connection took up a "slot" and prevented one of the existing connections - the mining server, website, forums, etc. - from connecting.
Basara · Wed Nov 29, 2017 06:35 PM UTC · #52331
holy crap.. is that x11 live profitability correct?
Basara · Wed Nov 29, 2017 06:37 PM UTC · #52332
oh lol, hell nah.. it has been rising though based on cryptocompare’s mining calc and memory it has tripled in the past month
raptor · Wed Nov 29, 2017 07:09 PM UTC · #52334
so is there any solution concidering static difficulty? my l3+ is not dealing so well with dynamic difficulty
Basara · Wed Nov 29, 2017 07:15 PM UTC · #52335
how do you know its not handling dynamic diff well? I’m intrested to know lol
raptor · Wed Nov 29, 2017 07:23 PM UTC · #52336
my mining efficiency has dropped to 83%
Basara · Wed Nov 29, 2017 07:30 PM UTC · #52337
what the ui for the website says I wouldn’t go by

raptor wrote: so is there any solution concidering static difficulty? my l3+ is not dealing so well with dynamic difficulty I’ve been trying to reproduce this but the support tickets aren’t including enough information
Basara · Wed Nov 29, 2017 07:31 PM UTC · #52339
I add up all my stale shares or rejected shares then divide by my accepted shares. I’m at about 2%
Steve Sokolowski · Wed Nov 29, 2017 07:31 PM UTC · #52340
we’re waiting for the people who submitted the tickets to reply with the information we requested
raptor · Wed Nov 29, 2017 07:34 PM UTC · #52341
i will check this Basara, thanks. Chris i didn’t yet make a support ticket. Would you suggest dynamic or static difficulty? And if static then which one for L3+?
Basara · Wed Nov 29, 2017 07:37 PM UTC · #52342
Well the static difficulty could cause you to get kicked from server if all the available blocks are lower difficulty.
raptor · Wed Nov 29, 2017 07:44 PM UTC · #52343
I understand. then I will just leave it on dynamic
impi · Wed Nov 29, 2017 07:45 PM UTC · #52344

Basara · Wed Nov 29, 2017 07:49 PM UTC · #52351
LOL, coinbase website says: AN ERROR HAS OCCURED Don’t worry, we’ve been notified about the issue and are taking a look. Please try again in a few minutes, or if the problem persists feel free to add a Bug Report. Sorry for the trouble!
Basara · Wed Nov 29, 2017 07:50 PM UTC · #52353
I was gonna put it into my USD wallet on coinbase then buy back in when it settles in an hour or so
impi · Wed Nov 29, 2017 07:51 PM UTC · #52354
wasnt really expecting it would drop so soon
Basara · Wed Nov 29, 2017 07:51 PM UTC · #52355
Dayum, Metaverse MTP coin lost 47%
Basara · Wed Nov 29, 2017 07:52 PM UTC · #52356
what is newsworthy causing this to happen everywhere? or was it one person triggering every bot to panic sell
raptor · Wed Nov 29, 2017 07:53 PM UTC · #52357
maybe big boys are cashing in?
impi · Wed Nov 29, 2017 07:54 PM UTC · #52358
could be a few big ones manipulating , to buy more for cheaper , then price should go up in a few hours
Basara · Wed Nov 29, 2017 07:55 PM UTC · #52361
well I’m sure the whale bitconnect is playing both sides of the valleys
Basara · Wed Nov 29, 2017 07:55 PM UTC · #52362
bitconnect just shutdown their exchange for 2 hours so it only dipped 10%
raptor · Wed Nov 29, 2017 07:56 PM UTC · #52363
those guys are corrupt as hell i think
Basara · Wed Nov 29, 2017 07:57 PM UTC · #52364
If you bought bitconnect coin 4-5 months ago you’d make more money than investing into it, lol
Basara · Wed Nov 29, 2017 07:57 PM UTC · #52365
er, lending to the platform
raptor · Wed Nov 29, 2017 07:59 PM UTC · #52366
their whole setup seems sketchy to me, i stay away from their coin. besides mining it through prohashing that is haha
Basara · Wed Nov 29, 2017 08:01 PM UTC · #52367
It’s not exactly sketchy.. they premined a bunch of coins and the mere rise of their coin from 0.15 to 300 or so at their peak multiplied their money beyond belief so they are paying out from that. While a bot is possible they are far from perfect to obtain a return all the time
fallingcurtain · Wed Nov 29, 2017 08:05 PM UTC · #52369
The time to sell was 20 min ago
impi · Wed Nov 29, 2017 08:06 PM UTC · #52371
go buy for 50 million that should offset the losses
Basara · Wed Nov 29, 2017 08:14 PM UTC · #52373
Hmm, on coin market cap the only minable coin with increased value as we speak is Dash
fallingcurtain · Wed Nov 29, 2017 08:14 PM UTC · #52374
PH doesnt like d=131072 it likes d=65536
Basara · Wed Nov 29, 2017 08:23 PM UTC · #52378
ah, ok.. so I’m looking at the difficulty chart for Dash and it doubled in the span of 2 hours
https://www.coinwarz.com/difficulty-cha ... ulty-chart fallingcurtain · Wed Nov 29, 2017 08:24 PM UTC · #52379
I see that..like its not tough enough for D3 runners
Basara · Wed Nov 29, 2017 08:25 PM UTC · #52380
I have one that just shipped 2 or 3 days ago from Bitmain and I had my hopes up a couple hours ago when it said I’d make 9usd/day
Basara · Wed Nov 29, 2017 08:27 PM UTC · #52381
My 6x vega’s gpus are pulling 33.47 daily
fallingcurtain · Wed Nov 29, 2017 08:28 PM UTC · #52382
those are like 800$ a piece those cards no?
Basara · Wed Nov 29, 2017 08:29 PM UTC · #52383
I baught 3 vega 56’s for 415 then later on picked up 3 vega 64’s for 500 as it was only 25 USD more expensive at that moment
fallingcurtain · Wed Nov 29, 2017 08:30 PM UTC · #52384
cool. Im trying to get the stupid restriction removed from my coinsquare account so I can buy some miners from Bitmain
Basara · Wed Nov 29, 2017 08:33 PM UTC · #52385
I’m debating on picking up my 1st s9 or a second l3 and as you’ve heard I’m waiting on a d3
Basara · Wed Nov 29, 2017 08:37 PM UTC · #52389
Granted.. it’s not a fair initial investment cost as it doesn’t include motherboard, cpu, and crap.. but I had them laying around already
Ewil · Wed Nov 29, 2017 08:41 PM UTC · #52390
@Basara : How did you optimize the cards? Or are you just running them at stock settings?
AppleMiner · Wed Nov 29, 2017 08:44 PM UTC · #52391
im curious what the wattage is on that setup Basara, and how much the electric costs to run them. whats the net profits and not just gross per month?
djliss · Wed Nov 29, 2017 09:02 PM UTC · #52393
