foldmine are you using varidiff?
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 05, 2017 10:10 PM UTC · #37049
i thought the vardiff, or not setting d= setting made the miners pay less.
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 05, 2017 10:11 PM UTC · #37050
did that change after that 2048 issue a few days ago?
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 05, 2017 10:11 PM UTC · #37051
just got my miner in and want to get the settings tuned to the best
Damito · Thu Oct 05, 2017 10:23 PM UTC · #37052
@Appleminer vardiff vs static diff should make little-to-no difference in practicality (differing share submission rates but the value of each share adjusts to balance). for L3+ many have set static diff to 131072; believe that’s working well overall.

for solo mining, is having g=off better to use so the merge mining dont cause the solo coin to restart until its done?
AppleMiner · Fri Oct 06, 2017 01:14 AM UTC · #37058
or does that not impact for solo
AppleMiner · Fri Oct 06, 2017 01:16 AM UTC · #37059
or am I reading what g= does completely wrong?
Splinter · Fri Oct 06, 2017 02:01 AM UTC · #37060

GregoryGHarding · Fri Oct 06, 2017 02:08 AM UTC · #37062

gemohler · Fri Oct 06, 2017 02:26 AM UTC · #37063

bitcoin adjusts every 2016 blocks
Phantom · Fri Oct 06, 2017 04:03 AM UTC · #37110
that’s why the D3 is cheaper than the l3+ (when you buy it directly from bitmain)
dog1965 · Fri Oct 06, 2017 04:04 AM UTC · #37111
I was wondering why the egroll flingers are selling d3 for much cheaper dont you hate chinamen.
Phantom · Fri Oct 06, 2017 04:05 AM UTC · #37113
they send you the miners after they’ve mined with them for 2 or 3 months
dog1965 · Fri Oct 06, 2017 04:06 AM UTC · #37114
I know the take the best profits first then sell it to you sneaky china men.
Phantom · Fri Oct 06, 2017 04:07 AM UTC · #37117
they make like 3 miners with the money you pay for 1
dog1965 · Fri Oct 06, 2017 04:07 AM UTC · #37118
’the could ship out a hell of alot bigger batches but they dont. the can produce way more alot quicker but they dont for that reason.
Phantom · Fri Oct 06, 2017 04:08 AM UTC · #37120

dog1965 · Fri Oct 06, 2017 04:09 AM UTC · #37122

Phantom · Fri Oct 06, 2017 04:16 AM UTC · #37139
If you use a NiceHash wallet, only 2% fee and 0.0005 to withdraw to your BTC address.
dog1965 · Fri Oct 06, 2017 04:16 AM UTC · #37140
