NH mining to an external wallet is 4% if you mine less than 0.1 BTC and 3% if you mine more than 0.1 BTC

no, if you mine to an external wallet using NH you get paid every Friday if your balance is at least 0.01 BTC. And you can get paid daily if your balance is 0.1 BTC

yeah i think they charge to store it on their wallet, and then charge you AGAIN to put it into your external so you can spend it, thats why they have no fees, its figureed into the withdrawl eventually
