No. The only thing that will fix the now 21 minutes is if everyone sets their difficulty to dynamic, or a static that submits 2 to 4 shares per minute. for a L3+ 131,073 to 262,144 minimum

No, but the lowest ideal for the miner, the server and everyone else.

I am 99% of the time at one of my difficulty settings higher that 131,072. 131072 is just the best all around setting if you are just trying to get miners up and running and get a decent hash. When the pool is running absolutely perfect a dynamic Diff is best. the pool sets the optimal difficulty for the miner. But that has been a while since that was the case.

Yes, please don’t set your L3+ at 2048 Diff. please use 131072 or one of the other ones that I have suggested below until you find the one that gives you a good accepted hashrate over 500 Mhs

I use the n=worker1... and keep getting the error that the "miner attempted to authenticate with a duplicate worker name" So I reboot my L3, and all is good for a day, then get the error again and the n= is ignored. Anywone else have this happen an how to fix it. I do not have any duplicate names.

@Skarda You should edit your worker name such as n=asdasdsadsadas1(or else). The name ’’worker1’’ may be used by other user from PH.
