Support X13-X14-X15-Qbit-Quark algorithms

Is it expected to support the x13-x14-x15-Qbit-Quark algorithms in the near future?.

Unfortunately, those algorithms have such a low total market capitalization that we decided against implementing them. The profit available is less than the losses incurred by server costs.
