AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 12:52 PM UTC · #43412
then i record the serial numbers
Paul_sq · Thu Oct 26, 2017 12:53 PM UTC · #43413
I didn’t get a blue tape i don’t think
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 12:53 PM UTC · #43414
and have them remove it from the pastic to verify the safety screw still has the blue bitmain tape on it
Paul_sq · Thu Oct 26, 2017 12:53 PM UTC · #43415
oh I have the warranty tape in place yes
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 12:53 PM UTC · #43416
if that screw has tape, no way I could have opened it, or removed the boards
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 12:53 PM UTC · #43419
if that screw safety is in place they didnt swap out bad boards on you
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 12:54 PM UTC · #43420
assuming its still the original bitmain blue tape and not some off label company security tape
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 12:54 PM UTC · #43421
i think it has bitmain or a bitamin logo on it, cant see them right now
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 12:54 PM UTC · #43422
but I wqas sent sealed boxes, I oepne them, record SS, verify blue tape on the screws
Paul_sq · Thu Oct 26, 2017 12:54 PM UTC · #43423
so before you post the miners you have sold on ebay you have a cop verify that they havent been opened?
Forum notification · Thu Oct 26, 2017 12:55 PM UTC · #43424
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 12:55 PM UTC · #43425
then I reseal them, lablel them and the officer rides with me up to UPS to drop them off.
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 12:55 PM UTC · #43426
no on the days they come in to be sent out to my customers.
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 12:55 PM UTC · #43427
the officer knows what was in them, they were not opened or tampered with, labels went on, and UPS took them.
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 12:56 PM UTC · #43428
so when a guy comes back to ebay and says I got a bag of cement I need my 3000$ back
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 12:56 PM UTC · #43430
I can post a video for ebay and giggle , here is the precint, call the officer im sure he will verify
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 12:56 PM UTC · #43431
had one guy send back 10 lbd bag of flour
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 12:56 PM UTC · #43432
claiming thats what was sent to him
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 12:57 PM UTC · #43433
wasnt for a miner was something else
Paul_sq · Thu Oct 26, 2017 12:57 PM UTC · #43434
Do bitmain honour warranties under a different name?
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 12:57 PM UTC · #43435
I sent both receipts to ebay, the shipping weight from fedex for 19 lbs, and his return flour for 10 lbs.
Paul_sq · Thu Oct 26, 2017 12:57 PM UTC · #43437
Omg, I am shitting myself now, but very well done
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 12:58 PM UTC · #43438
for a warrenty, all you have to do is go into their webpage
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 12:58 PM UTC · #43439
and under your acocunt process you need a return
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 12:58 PM UTC · #43440
its either for a IO board or a hash board, you dont send in the whole units
Paul_sq · Thu Oct 26, 2017 12:58 PM UTC · #43441
yes but does buyer have to send me the part for me to forward?
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 12:58 PM UTC · #43443
in the US there is a store in California i think
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 12:59 PM UTC · #43444
you setup the work order, they give you a label you send it in
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 12:59 PM UTC · #43445
they fix it and send it back to the address on file
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 12:59 PM UTC · #43446
im guess if YOU put int he work order on YOUR account, they would use YOUR account to send it back
Paul_sq · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:00 PM UTC · #43448
mine should be delivered today or tomorrow( the ones I sold) now I am worried
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:00 PM UTC · #43449
yeah THEY have buyer protection
Paul_sq · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:00 PM UTC · #43450
i will just delete account
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:00 PM UTC · #43452
THEY could take a unit, open it, put their 4 bad boards inside, say it doesnt work as advertised
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:01 PM UTC · #43455
and then you have to take it back, pay for the shipping, and lose all the money
asodoco · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:01 PM UTC · #43456
someone can tell me the difficult for 0.01 th/s X11?
Paul_sq · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:02 PM UTC · #43457
well the d3 is brand newso hopefully there is no bad boards yet, fingers crossed
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:02 PM UTC · #43458
one you bought or sold paul?
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:02 PM UTC · #43459
asodoco sorry not sure on X11, maybe try no diff setting?
Paul_sq · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:02 PM UTC · #43460
well i sold 3 and 1 of those outside ebay
asodoco · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:03 PM UTC · #43461
i use nicehash so i need minimum d=16
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:03 PM UTC · #43462
lots having issues with nicehash, sorry cant help you there
asodoco · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:03 PM UTC · #43463
i have a lot of delta in negative, now with g off h 600 seems like good
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:03 PM UTC · #43464
maybe try nicehash forums for help?
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:04 PM UTC · #43466
that may have been for scrypt on here though when using NH
Paul_sq · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:04 PM UTC · #43468
there is no x11 diff setting needed make sure you put in a=x11 in password of miner
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:05 PM UTC · #43469
hes not using a miner though, buying hash from NH
asodoco · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:05 PM UTC · #43470
i have a=x11 but nicehash need minimum 16, without d=16 i can’t connect nicehahs
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:05 PM UTC · #43471
so no clue what their settings need to be
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:05 PM UTC · #43472
sure its not 16K and not just 16?
Paul_sq · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:05 PM UTC · #43473
oh no idea,I would contact nice hash
gblass · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:06 PM UTC · #43474
I am a newbie to Prohash. Currently I have my payounts split between different coins, and have earned money, but no payouts. If I change my payout settings, so I lose my earned values on the other coins?
Paul_sq · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:06 PM UTC · #43476
probably he is readin 16.000
asodoco · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:06 PM UTC · #43477
Port Example: 3333 Minimal pool difficulty 4 => 16
Paul_sq · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:06 PM UTC · #43478
Ok I got to go, good talking to you apple
Paul_sq · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:06 PM UTC · #43480
oh apple how did you wire it up to get so many units running
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:07 PM UTC · #43483
220 usings half as many amps per unit
Paul_sq · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:08 PM UTC · #43484
yes,how did you get so many circuits etc?
Paul_sq · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:08 PM UTC · #43486
I have 240v taken for the ac unit
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:08 PM UTC · #43487
there are 5 circuts there, each with 30 amps
Paul_sq · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:08 PM UTC · #43488
well it’s awesome you should be proud of that
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:08 PM UTC · #43489
and I have 5 rigs plugged into each at max
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:09 PM UTC · #43491
so only using 5 of the 6 plugs, 3 outlets to each circut
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:09 PM UTC · #43492
kept everything under 80% loads
Maxiimos · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:10 PM UTC · #43493
I wonder if my powerline adapters are causing my stale shares on PH
Paul_sq · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:10 PM UTC · #43494
I thought about hiring a mini work/storage place for a set up, but that’s a little further down the road
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:10 PM UTC · #43495
max i think everyone has stales big time now
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:10 PM UTC · #43496
dont think its the powerline conenctions
Paul_sq · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:11 PM UTC · #43497
maybe maxiimos depends on the internal circuitry, put a lap top on one and read the internet speed from ookla
gblass · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:11 PM UTC · #43498
@appleminer can you check my question below?
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:11 PM UTC · #43499
paul up to 4 you are fine, after that, heat AND noise getst o be an issue
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:12 PM UTC · #43501
the worker name is the account login name you use on the main page
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:12 PM UTC · #43502
is the DR100Pro scrypt or x11 miner?
Paul_sq · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:12 PM UTC · #43503
Thanks again and good talking to you Apple, keep it up impressive stuff mate.
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:13 PM UTC · #43506
@gblass : is the DR100Pro scrypt or x11?
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:14 PM UTC · #43508
so what is that screenshot for?
gblass · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:14 PM UTC · #43509
I sleected 4 coins for payouts, but have not earned enough for payouts yet. If I change my ratio, do I lose those values, or do they get re-direcred
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:15 PM UTC · #43510
they stay there until you hit the payout limits and they pay out
AppleMiner · Thu Oct 26, 2017 01:16 PM UTC · #43511
Maybe put it to 100% payout on each coin until you reach the payout limits so they can all flush out to your wallets
