Nicehash and Litecoinpool when things are bad
kashyapgodhani · Tue Sep 19, 2017 06:35 PM UTC · #28310
I have L3+. Which is the best pool to start auto mining?
attiq · Tue Sep 19, 2017 06:42 PM UTC · #28311
any one mining with D3 yet?
platoday · Tue Sep 19, 2017 07:40 PM UTC · #28312
Nicehash claims that they pay 0.00865122 BTC/day for L3+ is that accurate?
50ShadesOfCrypto · Tue Sep 19, 2017 07:41 PM UTC · #28314
NiceHash is paying out fairly nicely even with their 2% fees... the best thus far...
50ShadesOfCrypto · Tue Sep 19, 2017 07:42 PM UTC · #28315
Scrypt 730.14 MH/s 0.00 MH/s (0.00%) 0.0078 BTC/day My speed is up and down but this was yesterday with my 2 miners.
50ShadesOfCrypto · Tue Sep 19, 2017 07:43 PM UTC · #28316
Payout amount0.01241007 for the day roughly
platoday · Tue Sep 19, 2017 07:44 PM UTC · #28317
730.14 MH/s? is that your reading from the device itself or what NH reports?
50ShadesOfCrypto · Tue Sep 19, 2017 07:45 PM UTC · #28318
it varies between 730 and 1100... and from NH
platoday · Tue Sep 19, 2017 07:45 PM UTC · #28319
2 miners combined 730-1100 right?
50ShadesOfCrypto · Tue Sep 19, 2017 07:45 PM UTC · #28320
Scrypt 1152.48 MH/s 35.79 MH/s (3.01%) 0.0125 BTC/day
stugots2 · Tue Sep 19, 2017 08:08 PM UTC · #28324
wowww I picked the wrong time to come back here!!!!!!!!!!!! jesus
ArjunaX · Tue Sep 19, 2017 08:15 PM UTC · #28325
Anyone here overclocking their L3+? Is it fairly safe and worth it?
Jalapan · Tue Sep 19, 2017 08:24 PM UTC · #28326
depends on ur conditions. you break warranty, you risk melting the pci-e ports if u dont have a cold room and quality psu.. and you miner will break down faster
Conrad · Tue Sep 19, 2017 08:26 PM UTC · #28327
was finding 1 gamecredit block every 2-4 hrs, 0 so far today. Is this bad luck or server issues?
BitterCondition · Tue Sep 19, 2017 08:33 PM UTC · #28328
01689 -ticket closed... to Chris and Steve ty guys for clearing up the AUR issue, the coins made it to my account...thank-you very much for taking care of this
dog1965 · Tue Sep 19, 2017 08:34 PM UTC · #28329
wow this sucks perofits are low 2.69 cents come on guys WTF!!!!!
dog1965 · Tue Sep 19, 2017 08:35 PM UTC · #28331
get rid of those low paying shit coins!!!!!
cryptonite_io · Tue Sep 19, 2017 08:35 PM UTC · #28332
system thinks its a script miner
dog1965 · Tue Sep 19, 2017 08:36 PM UTC · #28333
was going to buy a d3 but its not worth it I will just sit on what I have.
dog1965 · Tue Sep 19, 2017 08:37 PM UTC · #28334
I dont think renting hash from shithash is worth it eiather.
Alex · Tue Sep 19, 2017 08:40 PM UTC · #28338
Welcome back @stugots2
dog1965 · Tue Sep 19, 2017 08:40 PM UTC · #28339
rent hash from nice hash=point to prohash=lose your coins!!!!!
dog1965 · Tue Sep 19, 2017 08:42 PM UTC · #28340
nicehash=prohash=lose=sucker!
GregoryGHarding · Tue Sep 19, 2017 08:44 PM UTC · #28341
um.. dont knowwhat youre getting on with, but prohashing has already said use nicehash at your own risk
SpacedCowboy · Tue Sep 19, 2017 08:44 PM UTC · #28342
Looks like the profitability goes through the floor when bitconnectcoin isn’t available. We’re currently averaging significantly less per day than straight-up litecoinpool.org mining...
dog1965 · Tue Sep 19, 2017 08:46 PM UTC · #28343
I dont use shithash!!!!!
dog1965 · Tue Sep 19, 2017 08:49 PM UTC · #28345
dam the forum servers work like shit to.
dog1965 · Tue Sep 19, 2017 08:54 PM UTC · #28346
get some 128 core xeon servers get some speed on it.
dog1965 · Tue Sep 19, 2017 08:55 PM UTC · #28347
I think there serverrs are just to slow to handle all that traffic. and there bandwith on there internet connection as well.
JustAnotherPLT · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:01 PM UTC · #28348
I’m lined up for some horrible profits tonight.
JustAnotherPLT · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:08 PM UTC · #28351
I not even going to be close today, time to bounce to the Dutch
dsldsl999 · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:08 PM UTC · #28352
bitconnect has been down for at least 5 hours
dsldsl999 · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:09 PM UTC · #28353
well at 2.83cent I am giving mining-dutch a try
dsldsl999 · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:12 PM UTC · #28357
i’m putting half on nicehash and half mining-dutch
GregoryGHarding · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:14 PM UTC · #28358
@dog1965 : the server hardware has nothing to do with profitability
dsldsl999 · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:15 PM UTC · #28359
dun think it is related to server hardware
CritterDog · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:18 PM UTC · #28361
ArjunaX wrote: Anyone here overclocking their L3+? Is it fairly safe and worth it? I have mine overclocked for 3 days now. So far no problems Temps are fine
centar · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:19 PM UTC · #28363
makes you realize how dependent we are on bitconnect for profit huh
CritterDog · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:20 PM UTC · #28364
dsldsl999 wrote: what temp is it running? Range is from 58-64
dsldsl999 · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:21 PM UTC · #28366
i’ve not overclocked mine and they are running happily around 55, since the room temp is around 16 now
centar · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:21 PM UTC · #28367
I also have my L3+ overclocked with no issues. Running at 450M, ~590 MH/s, temps hovering at 70
CritterDog · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:23 PM UTC · #28369
centar wrote: I also have my L3+ overclocked with no issues. Running at 450M, ~590 MH/s, temps hovering at 70 I have mine at 412Freq and getting 538Mhs
hashingpro · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:24 PM UTC · #28370
checking the heat temps with a IR gun or just winging it off the miners UI?
dsldsl999 · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:26 PM UTC · #28371
from the ui mine is saying chip at 52,50,47,48 but i think i will leave it at stock clock speed
hashingpro · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:26 PM UTC · #28372
so you are going by what the miner temps say then right?
airdragonz · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:26 PM UTC · #28373
Are servers + website down currently?
GregoryGHarding · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:27 PM UTC · #28374
no one gonna answer my question? whats your HW at with OC
dsldsl999 · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:27 PM UTC · #28375
for me yes, going by what the miner is saying
hashingpro · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:27 PM UTC · #28376
if you OC 10% and get 10% more HW errors, you havent really done anything.
hashingpro · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:28 PM UTC · #28377
expect feed it more power for no good reasons
CritterDog · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:28 PM UTC · #28378
GregoryGHarding wrote: no one gonna answer my question? whats your HW at with OC Zero HW errors in 3 hours
CritterDog · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:28 PM UTC · #28379
But my L3+ disconnects a lot
hashingpro · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:28 PM UTC · #28380
still not sure I see the risk vs reward OCing a $2000 machine for an extra 2 bucks a day.
airdragonz · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:29 PM UTC · #28381
Hw errors for me varies board to board. An OC to 462 gives me about an average of 1 hw per minute. But that might be due to my crappy board 2
GregoryGHarding · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:29 PM UTC · #28382
have fun oc’ing boys, youre killing your machine faster for fractions of a profit a day
dsldsl999 · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:30 PM UTC · #28383
i dun see the reward also so staying stock speed
CritterDog · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:32 PM UTC · #28384
GregoryGHarding wrote: have fun oc’ing boys, youre killing your machine faster for fractions of a profit a day If I cared I wouldn’t do it
hashingpro · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:32 PM UTC · #28385
people saw that 2.85 up top...is that just the current profit? or is that a running total of the expected payout? I thought it was just current.
hashingpro · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:32 PM UTC · #28387
reading back ppl popped in, saw it was lower than the current LCP and left. just making sure they were overreacting.
dsldsl999 · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:33 PM UTC · #28388
but throughout today i’ve see more 2s and 3s
dsldsl999 · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:34 PM UTC · #28389
so i can more less guess today’s average will be lower than yesterday
dsldsl999 · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:35 PM UTC · #28390
and this is why I switched around 5 hours ago
GregoryGHarding · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:35 PM UTC · #28391
what people dont realise is they will make the same or less regardless where they go, if they make two bucks more, thats just rounding error in math
dsldsl999 · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:36 PM UTC · #28392
actually that also depends how many miners you have isn’t it
GregoryGHarding · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:37 PM UTC · #28393
no matter where you go youre all mining off the same network
GregoryGHarding · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:38 PM UTC · #28394
prohashing maximises the profit by switching specific hash to specific coins at specific times
GregoryGHarding · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:39 PM UTC · #28395
other multipools just switch everyone to which ever coin is most profitable at intervals, lowering the overall coin profitability
lynx · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:39 PM UTC · #28396
bitconnect not working! Please fix it.
lynx · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:40 PM UTC · #28397
Steve please fix bitconnect)
JustAnotherPLT · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:40 PM UTC · #28398
Greg, we heard you the first time. I’ll take my $2 dollars a day more.
GregoryGHarding · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:41 PM UTC · #28399
nothing prohashing can do, Novaexchanges API is down
GregoryGHarding · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:41 PM UTC · #28400
@JustAnotherPLT : what first time? this was the first time i bothered to write it down
lynx · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:44 PM UTC · #28401
Bitconnect only trade in Novaexchage?
GregoryGHarding · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:45 PM UTC · #28404
..for prohashing anyway, because PH cut ties with any exchange not supporting BCH
hashingpro · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:45 PM UTC · #28405
but thats not an exchange more a converter from BCC to BTC
JustAnotherPLT · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:46 PM UTC · #28406
@Greg, may apologies, i must have read your post twice
dsldsl999 · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:46 PM UTC · #28407
hopefully tomorrow i’ll see my D3 and can do some comparison with different pool
JustAnotherPLT · Tue Sep 19, 2017 09:47 PM UTC · #28408
Im all about being at PH but sometimes one just need to try something different to make a judgment for themselves. A lot of people come here saying they are doing better somewhere else, well might as well see.
