You can answer the question here and then its finished, or you can ask me to leave because you are incapable of handling dissenting opinions
Steve Sokolowski · Sun Aug 27, 2017 12:27 PM UTC · #19032
I just answered it - your accusation is false
Steve Sokolowski · Sun Aug 27, 2017 12:27 PM UTC · #19033
I made it clear in that FAQ that we have no association with NiceHash whatsoever
FRISKIE · Sun Aug 27, 2017 12:28 PM UTC · #19034
It is a question, not accusation, as I speak with the wall now as usual I’ll go do other things.
FRISKIE · Sun Aug 27, 2017 12:28 PM UTC · #19035
Shall I leave the chat, truly?
Steve Sokolowski · Sun Aug 27, 2017 12:28 PM UTC · #19036
I’m going back to other tasks, enjoy your day
Steve Sokolowski · Sun Aug 27, 2017 12:28 PM UTC · #19037
this is a warning - if you continue to post unfounded accusations you will be banned
FRISKIE · Sun Aug 27, 2017 12:29 PM UTC · #19038
Understood , cheers, have a pleasant day.
MoonMining · Sun Aug 27, 2017 12:39 PM UTC · #19039
Good morning Did miners go down during switching servers??
dc101 · Sun Aug 27, 2017 12:46 PM UTC · #19040
Not sure moonmining , but I think they have a back up server?
Steve Sokolowski · Sun Aug 27, 2017 12:52 PM UTC · #19042
things will be hit or miss for about 15 minutes while we put up new code to improve stability

Friskie just question are you too bored? Since I started follow the chat room couple weeks ago, I keep seeing you cursing around and make other people get high temper and you said sorry
dc101 · Sun Aug 27, 2017 01:05 PM UTC · #19047
My mom always told me this when I still a little kid "think before you talk, once you said it you never can take back"... Getting little older she told me this "if not nice thing to said don’t said it"
FRISKIE · Sun Aug 27, 2017 01:07 PM UTC · #19048
Your mother sounds to be a wise woman indeed
vladimirvlad · Sun Aug 27, 2017 01:22 PM UTC · #19049
Payments LTC have passed? I’m still waiting. In anticipation of 0.55817535 LTC.
dc101 · Sun Aug 27, 2017 01:26 PM UTC · #19050
It can be pay out anytime of the day vlad.. Usually I got paid out at 9 am est time but not always
vladimirvlad · Sun Aug 27, 2017 01:29 PM UTC · #19051
I am newbie. I have two coins DASH, LTC, DASH - pay out, LTC - in anticipation. Thanks for the answer.
dc101 · Sun Aug 27, 2017 01:42 PM UTC · #19052
They are not pay out at the same time
dc101 · Sun Aug 27, 2017 01:43 PM UTC · #19053
Each coin pay out separately and it can be anytime of the day... At least to me but it will pay out
asodoco · Sun Aug 27, 2017 01:49 PM UTC · #19054
now i can t connect the miner
BalloonTree · Sun Aug 27, 2017 02:04 PM UTC · #19056
sorry guys, a few days ago, steve released 2 links to describe the problems of the site, but i couldn’t find it again, but someone post it?
Steve Sokolowski · Sun Aug 27, 2017 02:09 PM UTC · #19058
now Chris is restarting the website
wisdomofsol · Sun Aug 27, 2017 02:22 PM UTC · #19059
just got my ltc payment...noobs b ez
exitoglobal · Sun Aug 27, 2017 02:24 PM UTC · #19061
My miners are running now. low profitability.
S3KshuN8 · Sun Aug 27, 2017 02:27 PM UTC · #19062
Survivability after Proof of Stake. That’s the topic for today.
S3KshuN8 · Sun Aug 27, 2017 02:28 PM UTC · #19063
if this pool closes down like so many others, profit options will look extremely tiny by comparison.
S3KshuN8 · Sun Aug 27, 2017 02:29 PM UTC · #19064
PH is the best thing since sliced bread!
Jalapan · Sun Aug 27, 2017 02:42 PM UTC · #19065
wow scrypt jumped to 400 there ... bots?
Steve Sokolowski · Sun Aug 27, 2017 02:52 PM UTC · #19067
it seems like connectivity is significantly improved and CPU usage of WAMP went down a lot
lhfx21 · Sun Aug 27, 2017 03:24 PM UTC · #19069
Hello, how can I create a new account, the system return that the max users has been reached
C0ins · Sun Aug 27, 2017 03:28 PM UTC · #19070
@steve sokolowski - I have over 300 stale shares ... will there be a credit for this issue?
mmfiore · Sun Aug 27, 2017 03:41 PM UTC · #19072
profitabilty is way down again. Stale and reject rate is very high
S3KshuN8 · Sun Aug 27, 2017 03:46 PM UTC · #19073
Emerald (EMD) has had the payout checkmark for a few days now, and no new ones are coming in, yet it’s not getting paid out with the other coins.
S3KshuN8 · Sun Aug 27, 2017 03:48 PM UTC · #19074
...and PH dead in the water again.
S3KshuN8 · Sun Aug 27, 2017 03:49 PM UTC · #19075
Look Steve, Chris. I’d love to stay, but I’ve got to make the doughnuts. I’ll leave a portion of the Titan hash-time here, but that’s all I can spare for essentially free troubleshooting.
_asdf · Sun Aug 27, 2017 03:54 PM UTC · #19076
Why aren’t any of my workers connected???
_asdf · Sun Aug 27, 2017 03:55 PM UTC · #19078
The live worker status is show 0 workers
Steve Sokolowski · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:00 PM UTC · #19081
I’m going to talk to Chris about a lottery to randomly select some users to disable
Steve Sokolowski · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:01 PM UTC · #19082
that way, we can provide better service to the remaining users until more capacity is available
_asdf · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:03 PM UTC · #19083
What are the technical problems that is causing the instability in the last couple weeks?
bnet2001 · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:04 PM UTC · #19084
@Steve Sokolowski : you can increas minimum diff for scrypt and x11 for rent form nicehash is show low diif
bnet2001 · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:06 PM UTC · #19085
nicehash for scrypt is 32767 for x11 is 2
jaybizz · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:13 PM UTC · #19086
I’d certainly hope any kind of lottery system would favor those of us with physical miners, vs those renting hashrate. that concept is especially damaging considering the disconnect issues.
jimbo12 · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:13 PM UTC · #19087
Profitability is very low ...... 50% less
dc101 · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:17 PM UTC · #19088
so what about disable new register that you talk about before, does it also effect? thanks
C0ins · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:18 PM UTC · #19089
new registration is already disabled
jimbo12 · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:19 PM UTC · #19090
It’s even worse than before ...
C0ins · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:20 PM UTC · #19091
I’m know they are working on it ... it’s not easy to service this high a GH/s level
dc101 · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:20 PM UTC · #19092
oh really? wow I didn’t know that thanks Coins..
dc101 · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:20 PM UTC · #19093
well yeah especially new batch of l3+ is coming out and D3 is getting out soon
S3KshuN8 · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:20 PM UTC · #19094
@ Steve: being one of the "last in", I hesitate to say this, but the only "fair" way to disable users is with a simple LIFO stack, hopefully weighted toward removing heavy "crash renters" first.
fugju · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:21 PM UTC · #19095
Steve Sokolowski wrote: I’m going to talk to Chris about a lottery to randomly select some users to disable or you do it with an rational criteria and disable user with an qoutient through cpu/bandwith usage and estimate earnings...
ru55ian · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:21 PM UTC · #19096
yes... big problems, i never seen my mining efficiency sitting at 83% before
dc101 · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:21 PM UTC · #19097
I also have a bad luck.. so with lottery I will be the first one to get disable
C0ins · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:21 PM UTC · #19098
I was down to 81% with 420 stale shares....
S3KshuN8 · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:22 PM UTC · #19099
I don’t know where I’m running at at the moment; only 1/4 of the Titan’s hash-time is here. My Ants are out trying to score some food...
dc101 · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:22 PM UTC · #19100
well sometimes I am at 70% efficiency so 81% still consider good
C0ins · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:23 PM UTC · #19101
good way to look at it
S3KshuN8 · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:23 PM UTC · #19102
With the current situation, it is MORE PROFITABLE for me to stay on NiceHash and let "crash renters" continue to ruin this theoretically superior pool. Sad.
fugju · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:23 PM UTC · #19103
Your efficiency dont show the efficiency... Its only valid shares against fail-shares
fugju · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:24 PM UTC · #19104
not what you think about "efficiency"
ru55ian · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:25 PM UTC · #19105
anything below 95% is bad.... even with Titans
C0ins · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:25 PM UTC · #19106
yea I know ... but they are working on the servers again
C0ins · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:26 PM UTC · #19108
sooo....gotta hang in there
dc101 · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:26 PM UTC · #19109
well yes ru55ian but the thing is even with 70% I still earn more than other pool..
S3KshuN8 · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:26 PM UTC · #19110
doesn’t matter, I’m not bringing my Ants back here until it’s actually WORTH it do do so.
ru55ian · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:27 PM UTC · #19111
dc101, you are obviously haven’t tried other pools..... H2C, zpool are all producing more now when you count 20% of rejected shares
dc101 · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:27 PM UTC · #19112
s3K they are trying to eliminate users by lottery .. so do you really think they need you to bring back more harsh power?
dc101 · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:28 PM UTC · #19113
I did tried bcc.coin-miners
exitoglobal · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:28 PM UTC · #19114
My miners are back online. I’m monitoring the returns.
ru55ian · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:28 PM UTC · #19115
even BCC direct pool is at 99.3% efficiency .... so 1% pool fee and 0.25% exchange rate = more profits
S3KshuN8 · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:28 PM UTC · #19116
my hash power is very likely still here, just being rented from NiceHash. Again, sad.
dc101 · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:28 PM UTC · #19117
but no haven’t try zpool or H2C
exitoglobal · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:29 PM UTC · #19118
I’m testing with a Titan and one A4
dc101 · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:29 PM UTC · #19119
well that is true S3k said
dc101 · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:30 PM UTC · #19120
ru55ian I got 2 l3+ over the BCC pool and I only have .3 bcc in the last 12 hours
dc101 · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:30 PM UTC · #19121
in the past 24 hours I have .66 BCC
S3KshuN8 · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:30 PM UTC · #19122
At the end of the day, PH and NH are in COMPETITION with each other...
Steve Sokolowski · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:30 PM UTC · #19123
it isn’t hashpower, I think - it’s the number of coins
ru55ian · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:30 PM UTC · #19124
you probably hit high difficulty blocks... you will get some quick block too.... evens out
Steve Sokolowski · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:31 PM UTC · #19125
but this particular problem isn’t related to load
ru55ian · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:31 PM UTC · #19127
number of coins??? everytime i look my miners are sitting on BCC
S3KshuN8 · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:32 PM UTC · #19128
@ ru55ian likely because a better one is not available.
exitoglobal · Sun Aug 27, 2017 04:32 PM UTC · #19129
the most important is that PH maintain stability of the new server.
