IDEA: Customer Support/Status Updates - we have an option to set "Tips for Chris" , perhaps an option to set "Tips for Steve" for more attention to system status and quick updates to the community?

While I would expect it to be simply obvious that a business which provides a service should provide Status Updates during Service Interruption, for some reason it doesn't seem to be very obvious to the Sokolowski Brothers. Perhaps a bit of financial incentive is worth considering?
