We received a report of that, and I assigned it to Chris; however, he is suffering severe vaccine side effects and is unable to work - he will get to it as soon as he recovers
weird, have one L3+ mining at other location is fine and submitting, getting rewards, other 2 here are not, pool says dead and no share being submitted, switch 2 over to Dutch and fine

The ticket system and the support system are on two separate servers, so that likely indicates an issue with your Internet connection - are you sure that your connection is stable?
Is it possible to get 2fa disabled on an account? My authenticator was lost on a dead phone. I am unable to logon and create a ticket with the account as well...

I realized the ticket system is different access. Support ticket created.
Chris just discovered and fixed a recent issue that affected just 2 of our 8 mining servers, and he just restarted the affected servers. This may have fixed the random mining connection issues that only some users were reporting.
Not able to login or reset password, site loads after using VPN. registered to submit ticket on Jira and now that’s also refusing me to login. Are these signs of Prohashing wrapping up?

Thanks to those who are discussing connectivity issues here. We really want to help everyone, but we are not aware of any widespread bugs, and all of the issues listed in the chat right now are individual issues that will need more information to start an investigation. If you are having a connectivity issue, please submit a support ticket and we’ll be glad to help.
Hi, just started mining here using the dynamic coin option. Been going for 30 mins or so and still says waiting for more shares. Is this normal? Thanks

What algorithm are you mining and what hardware are you using?
Hello, loved the setup videos. I do have a question about using two video cards. I have two different cards and Gminer is only using one. I tried tinkering around with the .bat file but am not familiar enough with the code to know how to specify ram and usage for both 0 and 1 video card. Any suggestions?

Oops, hit enter accidently. Your best bet would probably be to run 2 different instances of gminer and using --devices to specify each one. you can see your devices with miner --list_devices
"Oops, hit enter accidently. Planning on getting a second gpu was looking into this, would this work? "1=#GB, 2=#GB, n=name"

no because those are not valid password entries. Here are teh options for gminer. Experiment, figure it out, but I’m pretty sure what I am saying is what you will need to do for different arguments for each card.
