We’re always looking to improve every algorithm - we’re working on sha-256 to figure out whether there’s an issue, at your suggestion - right now. We found a problem and profitability should increase by 3%, and it will now compare the earnings to bitcoins
I’m mining to equihash as well with 11 ASIC miners and it only shows 2 Sols for the past hour. My payouts aren’t changing either. Reset all miners and still the same result. About an hour ago they switched to my secondary pool, but now it is goin straight to Prohashing still showing 2 Sols. My antminer account shows about 350 accepted tasks, but no results or payouts on Prohashing.

I do, have rebooted all my equihash miners, router, modem, switch everything and still getting odd hashing rates, although the miners indicate full hashing rate on its internal miner status menu

I still don’t see how this is being called "normal" when my earnings today is .74 USD with 10 Z9 Mini’s running at 16.5 K/Sols each. Yesterdays earnings were about half of what the "normal" rates are. Has this truly been fixed? It still appears to be more than a display issue.
On top of the earnings being off, my miners keep getting stalled and I continuously have to physically shut them down and restart in order to mine for a limited time. Each time its random which miner is hanging up. This started happening around the time the restarts began a couple weeks ago. Not sure if its related or not, but its getting tiring as I cannot babysit the miners all day.
Not sure either. Giving this Equihas problem a couple more hours, then I am moving for good. Any small profits made here over other pools always gets wiped out. Sad.

What is the issue you’re having, exactly? As far as we’re aware, Chris corrected all earnings - please submit a ticket because you didn’t explain what your issue is. As far as we're aware, all miners are mining correctly, all hashrates have been corrected, and all balances were provided a bonus.

Please submit a support ticket about this issue and we’ll be glad to troubleshoot with you; we’re not aware of any widespread issues like this.
Steve, I love the work that you guys do here, but you’re completely dillusional if you’re telling people the hashrates are fixed. 165 K/Sols total per day does not equal 74 cents USD per day and so far only 2 cents as of nearly 9 hours of mining today. Nevermind two days ago when I recieved half a payout when the crash occured. I have submitted support tickets, you claimed the problems were fixed, they aren’t, please do something to fix it. Your workers are fleeing as evidence by the total count being 12,000 opposed to 24,000 from two months ago. Whatever your fixes have been lately is doing damage to my miners by causing them to short cycle on the restarts. They randomly hang up everytime you try to reset the server after a "fix".
If this is not fixed today then I take my miners and all others that use my farm elsewhere. I think 3 days of not being paid is long enough. Thank You.
