that’s not true - however, it’s possible there are some NiceHash compatibility issues - we’re aware of those but have not yet had time to investigate

Got the E3 working. Set poolname with Ethash port, your userid and password settings "c=EthereumClassic g=off"

Save and reboot ..... just let it do its thing. Hash shows up after about 15 minutes

Setting the password field empty should work too for multi Ethash coins setting

the E3 miners take a very long time to start mining - I’m not sure why that is

Unfortunately, the system doesn’t yet have a feature to disable the "7 invalid attempts" ban for a particular user. However, if you wait until midnight EST, then the ban will automatically be cleared for all users and you’ll be able to try again

Hello Everyone. I have a general question that I hope the community can help me answer. In 2018 I filled out the prohashing tax information, But today when I looked in and reviewed my settings I noticed that that Prohashing is now saying I haven’t filled in this information. Does Prohashing require we complete our Tax Info for each year? why doesn’t the information carry over. A little concerning have to provide Tax identification each year. Does anyone have any thoughts?

i think non-resident/non-US users needs to submit the W8BEN form every year

Probably the same for US residents - ie. submit the form every year

No - you just fill it out once no matter what the form is

if it’s W8-BEN information, it just gets stored and nothing will happen again after that

if it’s 1099-MISC data, you receive a statement in the mail every January

in both cases, it’s a one-time thing, unless in the case of a form 1099-MISC you want to change the address it’s mailed to

Could you send your username to the support system so that we can troubleshoot the issue? No customer has yet submitted a support ticket with their username, so we can’t investigate

I tried submitting a support ticket for the same problem @dnprod had. I can’t get past the login page. It sits there and just thinks.

We’ve seen this before many times and have never been able to figure out the cause

it was first discovered two years ago

I spent 100 hours trying to figure it out and we concluded it must be a bug in the Bitmain software

or the antminer software, whoever makes that

Something did cause the system to go offline temporarily, but we’re not aware of any problems currently

ok, I figured out what happened

it ran an automatic update and restarted the database

the system recovered and no shares were lost, but the website was offline for a few minutes

@ Steve Sokolowski Please don’t let this problem happen again.

If this problem happen again, you may lose many customers.

ok, it looks like there is a hardware fault that has caused the system to reboot twice now

Chris is investigating and will try to figure out what the issue is
