can’t seem to save any address changes or allocation percentages. Save buttons are greyed out don’t function. Anyone else having a similar issue?

A change was made last week that requires customers to enter payout addresses or forfeit balances for all coins before saving, to reduce money we owe to customers - you have to enter all addresses to save

Thank you Steve. Appreciate the help!

@Steve Sokolowski : </strong> Question, on the CHARTS page, at the bottom, is the "Live Coin Status" live values or is that delayed values or rough estimates? If delayed by how much?

Steve Sokolowski · · #90018

CSZiggy wrote: @Steve Sokolowski : </strong> Question, on the CHARTS page, at the bottom, is the "Live Coin Status" live values or is that delayed values or rough estimates? If delayed by how much?
The values are accurate, but delayed because there were some customers who were violating the terms of service by using them to program other websites

Steve Sokolowski · · #90019

The amount of the delay changes periodically at random

CSZiggy · · #90020

OK. Just wondering if there should be a * and a footnote denoting that the values being displayed are NOT actually LIVE values as that may be misconstrued. Advertising prices and payments as NOW/LIVE and those figures being in the past might be a false advertising lawsuit unless disclosed those values are NOT actually live.

CSZiggy · · #90021

when cryptonest, prohashor, or any of the top cherry-picker bots hit on a coin, do they understand the value they are basing their mining decision on is 2 minutes old and the prices on the screens are NOT the prices those coins will be paid once they start to mine them?

Steve Sokolowski · · #90022

CSZiggy wrote: when cryptonest, prohashor, or any of the top cherry-picker bots hit on a coin, do they understand the value they are basing their mining decision on is 2 minutes old and the prices on the screens are NOT the prices those coins will be paid once they start to mine them?
the terms of service prohibits the use of that data by bots, so no warnings are necessary

Steve Sokolowski · · #90023

all of the public APIs, including the live profitability data at the top of the forums, is live

greenhorn0815 · · #90024

Hey Steve, I still have not received my BTC to Coinbase, its been a month now, can you give an update, is the money lost, whats the deal?

greenhorn0815 · · #90025

What happends when i disconnect coinbase while funds are waiting? Would that solve the problem?

CSZiggy · · #90026

was just pointing out that you may want to put a footnote declaring the LIVE coin profit data for individual coins is delays and give a timeframe by how much, otherwise it just seems like false advertising for a price from the past. Hate to see the pool get in any legal issues over something like that. If you think its covered, guess thats good enough.

CSZiggy · · #90027

and the terms of service disallows bots, so no warnings are needed. Great so if real life people change or use those numbers manually not as a botted program...would they have legal grounds?

CSZiggy · · #90028

or have constance update https://prohashing.com/help.html#charts-coinstatus it currently reads "The live coin status table shows the coins currently supported by the pool and information about them. This chart is updated in real time"

If you are only requesting bitcoin payouts, then you can disconnect, enter a bitcoin address, and it will be paid to that address tomorrow if it’s over the payout threshold. Dollar payouts are more complex and can’t be worked around at the moment.

Is anyone else’s payout in XMR not processing? My payout was sent yesterday according to the Prohashing site, but has not shown up in my wallet, nor has the transaction ID appeared on the blockchain

I think there was some sort of fork with Monero, so Chris will look into that

I don’t know whether customers or us are on the wrong fork, or if it’s even a fork

updating Monero to .13 fixed the issue for me Sarcheer

Forum notification · · #90048

sarcheer · · #90049

I’m sure Steve or Chris will mention it, but the pool daemon desynced from the Monero network which prevented payments from being sent

It’s already implemented, but we prioritized stability and reliability over getting that out immediately, so we are continuing with bugfixes, then Monero mining, then stex

I enjoy having flexibility in payout coins. Prohashing supports quite a list, yet many of the top 20 by market cap are not supported for payout. I don’t know what is involved in supporting those, but it would seem like a "selling point" to state that the top 20 were supported.

We’re working on direct exchange payouts, but that’s behind the stability improvements that were the most requested feature

Steve Sokolowski · · #90067

that will probably be done sometime around Christmas

After 1 hour, the ZEC update will be released, you need to update the Zcash client, will this somehow affect us? https://z.cash/ru/upgrade/sapling/

Yes - ZCash mining will be offline until we are able to add support for this update - probably in a few days
