@Tomas_Novak : I don’t know what your specific situation is. I was talking about the ~1 hour where it appeared that shares were being accepted but not yet processed (which occurs here when the share recorders get backed up). This looks more like nothing got inserted into the DB(?) at all and is not an issue of backed up processing.
havent had a chance to check it out but thats poppycock. enter addresses or adding coins isnt the issue....its SAVING THEM after the info is entered....thats a problem on prohash’s end not ours
I want to forfeit my LitecoinCash balance since I don’t have a deposit address for it, and the balance is about 1 cent. The option to forfeit is either not available, or I’m a complete idiot...
feel free to submit a support ticket - only one person has replied to a request for a reproducible series of steps, so we don’t yet have enough information to troubleshoot it
there is shit here every other day and you cant reproduce an issue- then follow closely in the thread cuz im going to walk you thru it with screen shots
others are reporting it so its either mass delusion and a coincidence that when your site had issues on this very same subject tuesday and some of us have problems now- i got 5 screenshots waiting on you whenever your ready to check the thread
ok, I think I figured out this issue with saving of addresses - there was a new check added to make sure that all addresses are entered for coins, so we don’t accumulate balances
nor should you have to....you are being forced into giving up your money because they have failed to address the actual problem. now i have to enter 6 addresses several times a day to alternate my solo mining which should , in and of itself, require one to enter this info in order to solo mine instead of this type of bandaid. my 2 cents- cleaver way to squeeze every last little dime out of everyone instead of address the actual code that accomplishes the same thing WITHOUT the need for this elongated process

why would you have to enter your addresses six times per day? just enter them when you begin mining and that’s all you have to do
do you think we keep every coin we have ever mined with old addresses in the payout area? no we add them as needed and there are many different coins for scrypt so i f i want to solo minea few different ones 1 day and a few different later that day....different later that night etc * because profitability changes on the fly* then why do i need to enter anything other than the addy for the coin im dealing with?
"if you want to change a threshold, you’ll need to either enter a payout address for every coin, or forfeit the coin’s balance" if this is not the case please clarify as my response is based on the accuracy of that statement
in order to change a threshold, all the coins you have a balance for currently, have to have valid addresses entered or click forfeit prior to saving the new threshold change
Feel your pain CS, been bouncing solo coins hoping for a hit to break even. Got a Digi for 25$ the other day making the week a wash but not much better
thnx zig...thats what it came down to.....if you have any payout coins with blank address bars since the alerts tuesday you need to provide a payout address for that coin b4 you can add or change anything else about payout addresses. unless you had a blank payout address the user would never experience this issue apparently

This is a known display issue. The price of bitcoins for the day is calculated at midnight and multiplied by the day’s earnings, while the "automatic" amount is continually updated - on days when there are large price increases early in the day, like yesterday, the multiplication causes the "BTC" field to be lower

So that explains yesterday, but the prices have gone UP and DOWN over the past 4 days. So shouldnt the UP days have put auto sha-256 over BTC mining?

It’s also possible that mining other coins has become less profitable too
the "bitcoin" bar is perfect profitability and fees and orphan rates are included in the "automatic" bar, so if we mined bitcoins 100% of the time, we would expect the bar to be lower
at some point in the future, we’ll spend some time making sure this is a 100% equal comparison, but for now I can promise that the "automatic" line is what you earn if you mine here
Any chance of seeing a post of SOLO and STATIC miners displayed just as a comparison so people can look at those trends, guessing you have that data also.
Hey, sorry if I’m being stupid, but I’m currently running one miner on Prohashing and will soon be running 2-3. Do I need to do anything specific coding wise to have multiple miners pay to one account?

No. You’ll see multiple miners listed and receive credit for all of them
Hello Any admins around by chance? I can’t seem to login to the support portal and the password reset email doesn’t seem to send. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
right, miners didn’t disconnect, but the website frontend wasn’t accessible for a few minutes.. tried several different routes (phone, computer, etc).. no biggie
