At this point, if im not going to get refunded, i need to resell it or just suck it up and take the loss and start mining. Sorta thought that "time was of the essence" and needed to get an l3+ before the market was flooded with them.

I think my D3 has a hashboard error issue. My third board had like 300,000 errors over the past 6 days. Someone here said that was ok someone else said the board was bad.

Well the issue with running it, is Amazon has some statement that they could refund "more easily?" if the product was in the original packaging.
