The slider will be locked if only 1 coin is being selected.
JLTC · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:40 PM UTC · #51090
initially it was set to 100% dollars
AppleMiner · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:41 PM UTC · #51091
and do you have a coinbase?
AppleMiner · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:41 PM UTC · #51094
and did you put in that address for the BTC or LTC or whatever on coinbase for the dollars payment wallet?
JiveTonto · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:41 PM UTC · #51096
@applemminer, look into its history been around, look on the block explorer you can see its not held by many,do your reasearch
AppleMiner · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:42 PM UTC · #51097
OK so they sent the coins to coinbase to transfer to your bank
AppleMiner · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:42 PM UTC · #51098
if you didnt have a bank tied to your coinbase, did you see if the coins maybe are just sitting in your acocunt on coinbase?
JLTC · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:42 PM UTC · #51100
i haven’t received payment on coinbase from prohash yet
AppleMiner · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:43 PM UTC · #51101
Jive if its not held by many, then its deff a prime canidate for a pump n dump scheme.
JLTC · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:44 PM UTC · #51102
can i request a manual payout?
JiveTonto · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:44 PM UTC · #51103
no the wealth is not heald by many, should of explained a little simpler for you
AppleMiner · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:44 PM UTC · #51104
if all the tokens for a single coin were held by only 10 people id never touch that coin, ya know.
JLTC · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:44 PM UTC · #51105
since the thresthold is $250
AppleMiner · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:44 PM UTC · #51106
then you need to acummulate 250 before it will send it out to coinbase.
AppleMiner · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:45 PM UTC · #51107
if you switch it before it hits that limit then not sure if it leaves it as BTC or not, but I think BTC needs 500 or 1000 to transfer for free.
AppleMiner · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:45 PM UTC · #51108
otherwise its like $50+ fee to transfer BTC if not at that 500 or $1000 limit whatever its set to now.
AppleMiner · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:46 PM UTC · #51110
which is why the system defaults to LTC you only need like $4 to get a free transfer at the end of the day, the network fees are so much lower
JLTC · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:46 PM UTC · #51112
yeah going forward i’m gonna make sure to get paid in litecoin
AppleMiner · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:46 PM UTC · #51113
cant tell from that may, need the writing on the cord
AppleMiner · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:47 PM UTC · #51116
and its really less about the power supply, and how much juice you will be passing through it
may142012 · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:47 PM UTC · #51117
Or i need a 15amp power cord?
AppleMiner · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:47 PM UTC · #51118
if you are hooking their power supply up to 1 video card, any cord will work
AppleMiner · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:47 PM UTC · #51120
if its going to a L3+ vs a D3 there may be more of a difference
AppleMiner · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:48 PM UTC · #51122
may what are you going to run with that power?
AppleMiner · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:48 PM UTC · #51123
a battery? a flashlight? a video card, or some ASIC?
AppleMiner · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:49 PM UTC · #51128
that is rated for only 10 amps
may142012 · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:50 PM UTC · #51129
So D3 is more than 10 amps?
AppleMiner · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:50 PM UTC · #51130
thats barely enough cord to run a L3+ never mind a D3
AppleMiner · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:51 PM UTC · #51135
what fuses do you have on your panel, and do you have a circut that can handle 12 amps?
may142012 · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:51 PM UTC · #51136
If it doesn’t have enough power to boot up the d3, i am gonna do something to you
AppleMiner · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:52 PM UTC · #51137
its not the cord or the power, those will work fine
AppleMiner · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:52 PM UTC · #51138
do you have the electric power on the wall to power them is the question
AppleMiner · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:52 PM UTC · #51139
you are going to be pulling 12 amps per plug
AppleMiner · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:52 PM UTC · #51140
so you can plug 1 D3 in, and nothing else on that whole circut if you have 15 amp fuses.
AppleMiner · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:53 PM UTC · #51141
i hope you planned ahead or calculated the power needs for the electric where you will be running them.
AppleMiner · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:53 PM UTC · #51143
and mapped out the electric circuits where you will be running them at.
may142012 · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:54 PM UTC · #51144
i have a empty room doesn’t have anything on the outlets
AppleMiner · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:54 PM UTC · #51146
where you gonna run the other one from?
may142012 · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:54 PM UTC · #51147
there is a circuit breaker for the room, so
AppleMiner · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:55 PM UTC · #51150
and plug them into some sockets, trip the breaker for the room you are going to setup the mienrs in
AppleMiner · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:56 PM UTC · #51151
and then go around and test other outlets, that room may not be its own circuit
AppleMiner · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:56 PM UTC · #51152
the room next to it, or across the hallway, or under or above it may be on that same circuit
AppleMiner · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:56 PM UTC · #51153
make sure the one you trip only affects that 1 room
AppleMiner · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:57 PM UTC · #51154
and if its a typical US home, you will liekly have 15 amp fuses, so you can run 1 D3 on 1 circuit with very little else every running on that same loop.
AppleMiner · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:57 PM UTC · #51155
you just need 2 dedicated circuits that nothing else plugs in on or runs off of.
AppleMiner · Sat Nov 25, 2017 07:59 PM UTC · #51156
but to answer your original question, yes those 14 ag cords will work fine for powering a D3 power supple from bitmain.
may142012 · Sat Nov 25, 2017 08:01 PM UTC · #51157
Thanks, hope your advice helps
Basara · Sat Nov 25, 2017 08:17 PM UTC · #51159
@.@ do it the right way and get a 3 foot run of 220 volt 30 amp circuit from your breaker box and
AppleMiner · Sat Nov 25, 2017 08:18 PM UTC · #51160
thats assuming he can touch the breaker, he owes the house and can modify it, that he has an extra 30 amps to split off into 220
AppleMiner · Sat Nov 25, 2017 08:18 PM UTC · #51161
and running 200 he would only need 15 amps to run both D3s
AppleMiner · Sat Nov 25, 2017 08:19 PM UTC · #51162
and if he has a room he wants to run them in, than its not a simple 3 foot run, its however far to that room
AppleMiner · Sat Nov 25, 2017 08:19 PM UTC · #51163
so lot more involved than just plug in some 220 and you are all set.
Basara · Sat Nov 25, 2017 08:20 PM UTC · #51164
Well, you could go ghetto by turning one entire housing circuit into 220 utilizing the same wiring. xD
Basara · Sat Nov 25, 2017 08:22 PM UTC · #51165
Just need to make sure to paint all the plates red with 220 written on them

crika1 · Sat Nov 25, 2017 11:16 PM UTC · #51172
working fine for me now
thank you

stratum+tcp://prohashing.com:3333 dead .. ? help
gnode · Sat Nov 25, 2017 11:25 PM UTC · #51175
alive for a minute then dead again, can’t connect
jess_1 · Sun Nov 26, 2017 12:05 AM UTC · #51178
i agree with others below here, do not play with high amperage 110, its dangerous, go the 220 route. I gave up my dryer and made a custom extension cord using compression fittings (dont bother with soldering or tape or stuff you might do on small wires) and a real pdu. I can sleep at night now.

All mining URLs are dead at the moment.
djliss · Sun Nov 26, 2017 12:14 AM UTC · #51181
i’d expect it to be up and down this weekend, software upgrades normally= bugs give em chance to work things out
Basara · Sun Nov 26, 2017 12:17 AM UTC · #51182
Found 2 NewYorkCoin blocks prior to getting dropped.. if the stats on the main page for that coin are right that was $1600 worth of coin. Not that I’m asking for the but it should help the pool / socialized losses for unlucky miners
