anything you mined before you switched the payout option will still get paid out in your previous coin.

you can change it, but the previous balances will get paid in the proportions you had set when they were mined

So basically when I started with just a Litecoinwallet and change after 24 hours payout settings the balance at beginning will be paid only in LTC???
