Curious to know what everybody L3+ are pulling in each day
graelb · Tue Oct 03, 2017 05:16 PM UTC · #36545
I’m pulling roughly 20/day with my single L3+
lmatrading · Tue Oct 03, 2017 05:21 PM UTC · #36546
Cool and you are on this pool ? directed only on LTC mine anything ??
lhfx21 · Tue Oct 03, 2017 05:28 PM UTC · #36548
if I understand correctly the 1 MH/s expected payouts chart mining X11 automatic is less profitable than mining Dash
caosmen · Tue Oct 03, 2017 05:34 PM UTC · #36551
pool is down ? 0 shares here
greenhorn0815 · Tue Oct 03, 2017 05:34 PM UTC · #36552
My LTC payout has not occurred, its counting but it wont pay out, are payments stopped and why? was there a official announcement about the problem?
bellaminer · Tue Oct 03, 2017 05:34 PM UTC · #36553
no official announcement yet, but someone said its being worked on
greenhorn0815 · Tue Oct 03, 2017 05:35 PM UTC · #36554
ok, they need to be more transparent, a simple message is enough, people get anxious regarding payouts
greenhorn0815 · Tue Oct 03, 2017 05:36 PM UTC · #36555
I am new here, moved over with a small farm to PH, was a while with MD but that did not work out well
bellaminer · Tue Oct 03, 2017 05:38 PM UTC · #36556
usually Steve is quick to put up a message
bellaminer · Tue Oct 03, 2017 05:38 PM UTC · #36557
not sure why they are so slow today
greenhorn0815 · Tue Oct 03, 2017 05:39 PM UTC · #36558
Its been a while, i reached threshold like 16 hours ago
greenhorn0815 · Tue Oct 03, 2017 05:40 PM UTC · #36559
will wait, i read enough to know that they do not screw anyone over

I can confirm $20, what is your diff setting?
greenhorn0815 · Tue Oct 03, 2017 05:42 PM UTC · #36562
i am running at 32768 atm, i tried 65 and 131 with lots of rejects and found this to be better, anyone had a similar experience?

About $21. Bloody diffculty rate increased 3.5x since I pre-ordered it. Unbelievable.

This is the best thing about this site: the mining is switching between different coins all the time to get the maximum profitability!!!\
greenhorn0815 · Tue Oct 03, 2017 05:55 PM UTC · #36567
I tried default, but it would set me up to 525k, i guess normal for vardiff, what is your complete string? i have it empty
Foldmine · Tue Oct 03, 2017 05:57 PM UTC · #36568
I’m on 525k for one and 262k for another. But it’s dynamic if it’s on default right?
mck · Tue Oct 03, 2017 05:59 PM UTC · #36569
@elanvital: Profitablity of one coin is fluctuating continuously. Check out
https://www.coinwarz.com/cryptocurrency , check one coin and 5min later press F5 (refresh) to see how it has changed.
greenhorn0815 · Tue Oct 03, 2017 06:04 PM UTC · #36570
yeah no entry = vardiff = fluctuates automated, i got told everywhere else not to do that for L3+
GregoryGHarding · Tue Oct 03, 2017 06:05 PM UTC · #36571
most l3+’s work well with d=131072
greenhorn0815 · Tue Oct 03, 2017 06:06 PM UTC · #36572
had lots of rejects, 95% efficiency running on 131k
Foldmine · Tue Oct 03, 2017 06:07 PM UTC · #36574
Just watching the livechat over a few days I’ve seen everyone trialing different different difficulties and coming up with the same kind of revenue as mine on vardiff. I’m really new though, so don’t take my word for it
greenhorn0815 · Tue Oct 03, 2017 06:08 PM UTC · #36575
yeah i need to get deeper into it, since there is no consent about the correct number, maybe for multi pools there is no perfect number since we mine various coins with various difficulties
greenhorn0815 · Tue Oct 03, 2017 06:09 PM UTC · #36576
makes sense to have vardiff but the question is, is this vardiff optimized for these miners?
Foldmine · Tue Oct 03, 2017 06:11 PM UTC · #36577
greenhorn0815 wrote: makes sense to have vardiff but the question is, is this vardiff optimized for these miners? Well put it this way - when people have been posting up their daily income from L3’s, I haven’t seen any significantly higher than mine - apart from a couple of days ago when the pool was messed up and people were doing well @2048
Bitatlas · Tue Oct 03, 2017 06:11 PM UTC · #36578
Guys, don’t worry about the payouts. Sometimes there are delays because of technical problems. However, Steve and Chris always solve the issues.
nolazybits · Tue Oct 03, 2017 06:20 PM UTC · #36581
yeah it seems the pool is dead
nolazybits · Tue Oct 03, 2017 06:20 PM UTC · #36582

They should put a signal on the front page on if site is up or down since we never get info when this happens
GregoryGHarding · Tue Oct 03, 2017 06:35 PM UTC · #36584
@greenhorn0815 : 32k is too low for an L3+ submitting too quickly, 65536 or higher
greenhorn0815 · Tue Oct 03, 2017 06:36 PM UTC · #36586
yes, but how come i have better efficiency with 32k? i tested 32k 65k 131k over a span of days

centar · Tue Oct 03, 2017 06:43 PM UTC · #36595
if any of you want to try something else, I’m on track to make about $36/day at
http://zpool.ca with one L3+ overclocked to 550 mh
gtorukawa · Tue Oct 03, 2017 06:46 PM UTC · #36596
@centar How long have you run your L3+ at overclock 550mh?

2 weeks

My L3+ (August batch) typically shows the following temperatures: Temp (PCB) I:0 O:57 Temp (Chip) I:0 O:66. I had one board replaced that failed within two weeks. The replacement board was from an earlier batch showing more information: Temp (PCB) I:34 O:53 Temp (Chip) I:81 O:59. Can somebody tell me what means I and O in the temperature indication?
Maxiimos · Tue Oct 03, 2017 07:28 PM UTC · #36624
mck, the I and O are inlet and outlet
Maxiimos · Tue Oct 03, 2017 07:28 PM UTC · #36625
the I temperature should be lower than the O temperature by several degrees
Raietzu · Tue Oct 03, 2017 07:29 PM UTC · #36626
@centar can you post some earnings maybe? when i calculated for 500 mhs their 7 day average returned about 11 dollars per day

I’m feally bored of this pool now, switch at DM for now

Which seems the case for PCB, but certainly not for Chip!?

platoday · Tue Oct 03, 2017 07:40 PM UTC · #36630
yeah I have 0 efficiency(L3+) even though the miner is connected apparently. After 5 days of consistency it was the time to have issues again!
hashingpro · Tue Oct 03, 2017 08:01 PM UTC · #36631

Who can recommend some steady coins for solo mining (via PH) with one L3+, on average finding a few blocks in a few hours or so?

Stratum is alive and accepting shares, but not processing them real time to earnings in the live balance. Current delay is 45 min and before the restart share processing was ~3hrs behind.
jmorley · Tue Oct 03, 2017 08:23 PM UTC · #36638
Thanks @mck so we will still get paid just wont be in real time?
AppleMiner · Tue Oct 03, 2017 08:27 PM UTC · #36639
did they add the 3 hours behind before the restart or did we lost all that time?
tinnov · Tue Oct 03, 2017 08:29 PM UTC · #36640
Every f*ing time this link crashes it moves my SCrypt cards back to 65535 difficulty! Takes hours for the dynamic difficulty to go back down to something reasonable then the stupid server crashes again!
tomos81 · Tue Oct 03, 2017 08:30 PM UTC · #36642
wtf all this fucking day only problems! i am renting rigs to fixed time and they are showing me very sad graphs!
mck · Tue Oct 03, 2017 08:30 PM UTC · #36643
I think in some cases the share processing will catch up with real time, and if a lot of shares are lost dev’s will do a correction later. Just my experience as a user here.
