i solo mined DGB but at most earned around 225usd one day, then second day i recieved only 1 block solo mining compared to what 8-9 or something. so one day i made 222 usd second day almost nothing. then i stopped solo mining went back to PPS. you saying my two solo days i was supposed to have 0 funds payed out?
Steve Sokolowski wrote: as to the forfeitures - I understand that people might be disappointed, but please remember that you earned about $200,000 more than was promised
I earned $ 300 less. The payment for the solo block is fixed, how could I earn more?
gimme atleast my fount block back! i dont neew any additional payments! I was told thats merged-mined block reward and i I was calm... now you took everything
those 40% constituted all i potentially solo mined for 2 days here with statistics saying Days to generate one block mining solo: 0.08 Day considering price for DGB back then was 400 satoshis aswell...
but if i solo mined for 2 days and i made around 250 usd during this time, how can you claim you only forfeited 40% of what you payed me wrongly? if 100% would be more then twice i ever recieved solo mining.

add the total money solo mined from August 27 to Sept 13, then take 40% of that, and the forfeitures were either that total or everything you had in your account, whichever was greater
you say it only effect solo miners, and i only solo mined for a few days and the mount forfeited is all i earned during this time, and you claim its stil only 40% of what you should have taken from me, wich is not correct. 100% would mean 450-500 usd atleast and that amount i have never recied solo mining.
if i exchange all that was forfeited it end up the same as what i earned solo mining. meaning i was supposed to recieve about 0 blocks during my 2 days. with Days to generate one block mining solo: 0.08 Day those numbers are hard to believe.

The exact amount of money is detailed in the "one time balance forfeitures" thread
so why not do detailed reconciliation s for each miner then as some will be penalised unfairly and some paid extra unfairly, and you still have not explained what the ’extra’ was, I have some idea but want to hear it from you can in exact detail, along with why there was no daily reconciliation of your accounts prior to payout, it starts to sound like a Mt Gox scenario, testing code on users
Steve Sokolowski wrote: if it turns out that you earned a lot more from August 27 to September 13 than you forfeited, then congratulations, you made a lot of money
The true problem is that Steve is an Arrogant Dick. There are ways to handle things and to explain things, and this is what is know as "little man syndrome"
This is not how a mistake is corrected, it sounds like a better explanation in much more detail better be provided or the authorities may need to be involved
becase they claim the pool credited you to much for your time solo mining. in my case they forefeited all i ever earned solo mining. and still they claim its only 40% of what they should claim back from us... makes no sense to me.
This forfeit debacle is not the only issue, I have been collecting evidence for the last week to suggest not all hash power is deployed as suggested when solo mining
Today I pointed 8 Ghash at Florincoin for over two hours when the entire network was at 50, 2 hours is enough time 360 blocks to be found at 40 seconds and my 8 Ghash never showed on the block explorer during that time
They are not making 100k a day, more like 6k based on 4.5% fees on payouts shown, see server costs etc, but still not bad money, I reckon over a mill a year in hand
When it comes to fees, note that litecoinpool.org charge zero fees and pay out 102% of PPS since merged mining started, so prohash are probably making more than
had to priotize servers, make adaptions, our two bro’s here managed to set up their server boost 2 weeks before everyone had their problems... they are ahead of the game
i am just looking at the profit report now and I can’t see anywhere where the amount of difference they are talking about shows, esp as I was mining solo on Florincoin and paid out totally in Florincoin so if they gave me too much Florincoin, where did the extra come from?
umm, in terms of programing, tweaks to payoutsystem, i can easily see an unforseen consequence. but never think they are trying to run away from any responsibility eh?
