@Steve: @Chris: Hope to have BCC back enabled to mine again soon When do you think this might be?
Yeah seriously - it's starting to PISS ME OFF that no one checks in with regularity anymore! We are having hours an hours of LOW PROFIT and need some help, Chris & Steve, you gotta do better than this until the system proves itself stable!!!
I meant for this to be red! Yeah seriously - it's starting to PISS ME OFF that no one checks in with regularity anymore! We are having hours an hours of LOW PROFIT and need some help, Chris & Steve, you gotta do better than this until the system proves itself stable!!!
I mean seriously, we've got people with a lot of profit on the line here and all it takes is some regular admin kicks and tweaks to improve things like the shit profits today, sorry, but I just dont see any F'N excuse for not having more of a support presence, ESPECIALLY so soon after MAJOR CHANGES!!!
don't leave please we all love you FRISKIE. I think all will be better in a week.
hehe love back your way too am not going anywhere, it's still the best pool going, I just get pissed at these bone headed lacks of attention by the brothers at critical times, it's not the first, we'll survive though and they'll eventually show up and fix it, and a paragraph in the chat to apologize and explain, when all they had to do was SHOW UP HOURS AGO
Something is seriously outta whack with the system, could be reaction to DDoS attempts, but those have always been short duration, with a short "dead" period while countermeasures kick in, this just looks like a long period of horrible performance and even more lost profits - https://ibb.co/khU7f5

oh second though, even though i use all my real info (people found me on fb from here) i doubt they would trust me with such permission. it would be nice to work for prohashing though
maybe if you guys show me enough love il be allowed to conduct limited checks and balances with the server..
My friend I send you all the love support and sincere huge wishes that they would see fit to grant you some admin privileges that cover the range of things that most commonly go wrong!
Switching to a calmer color, and seriously GGH we should petition the brothers to delegate some rights to have someone who at least bothers to show up regularly with the power to help us!!
i only offer because i'm genuinely interested in this company, and i'm here daily as i'm currently unemployed. but them having a cross boarder personnel with some server access i doubt would be a thought in their mind.
hey have regular day jobs and only chris attends to support emails
precisely why they need a delegated admin model with someone like GGH empowered to take care of the basic admin tasks that can correct some of these issues that hurt our profits.
all i can say is if youd like to see me added to the team roster, better talk to the bros, i was offered a mod position awhile back and i still dont have that because of how busy they are
Right, I can send a short PM to state the unequivocal need and requirement for an admin presence while they are away - and GGH is the best candidate from the community for a number of reasons.
They’re pretty convinced that the market is gonna crash hard in August, and don’t want to over-invest by hiring full time people and then go out of business
I usually do too, it's just that the hours start to stack up, issues with the system and profitability, and still nothing . . eventually I had to outburst and say something . . now I'm calm again
"Falcon 9’s first stage for the BulgariaSat-1 mission previously supported the Iridium-1 mission from Vandenberg Air Force Base in January of this year. Following stage separation, Falcon 9’s first stage will attempt a landing on the “Of Course I Still Love You” droneship, which will be stationed in the Atlantic Ocean."
The private sector in space operations is encouraging and scary at the same time. Private sector focuses on profits and always, inevitably, slip into cost cutting measures and hiding operational weaknesses from the public with slick PR
The current phases of cost optimization are clear and hugely beneficial, I was speaking of way later down the road, when operations are more "business as usual" . . maybe space flight with its life and death risks will be different, or at least by then we'll have robots taking care of critical operations instead of humans
