Chris- great. let me know so i can reinstate the connection as well.
GregoryGHarding · Mon Apr 17, 2017 02:12 PM UTC · #1778
stratum block resets working again

static diff on scrypt still not working
avgswsiss · Mon Apr 17, 2017 02:12 PM UTC · #1780
Chris+Steve: Hashrate History Scrypt is not updating, while x11 not working >x11: "No mining occurred during this time. Start mining at prohashing.com:3333. To configure miners with a static difficulty, specific mined coin, or to troubleshoot cloud mining issues, read the documentation on "password arguments.""

Website displaying calculated hashrate for dynamic mining.(scrypt)
mickeekung · Mon Apr 17, 2017 02:18 PM UTC · #1784
Hello. I found a new bug. When I switch from X11 back to Scrypt, it not show the chart in function ’’1 MH/s expected payouts’’.
Steve Sokolowski · Mon Apr 17, 2017 02:32 PM UTC · #1788
researching the difficulty issue now
FRISKIE · Mon Apr 17, 2017 02:33 PM UTC · #1789
Chris - situation improved, looks good so far!
Steve Sokolowski · Mon Apr 17, 2017 02:40 PM UTC · #1790
I think I figured out the static difficulty problem
Steve Sokolowski · Mon Apr 17, 2017 02:40 PM UTC · #1791
for now, use "a=scrypt d=whatever"
Steve Sokolowski · Mon Apr 17, 2017 02:40 PM UTC · #1792
in the next release later today, the "a=" parameter won’t be necessary for scrypt to use a static difficulty
FRISKIE · Mon Apr 17, 2017 02:44 PM UTC · #1794
Excellent news on the a= issue
olkah · Mon Apr 17, 2017 02:44 PM UTC · #1795
No payments for 17.04.2017
FRISKIE · Mon Apr 17, 2017 02:47 PM UTC · #1797
stale and rejects have recently risen and remain steady in a bad way
crazyq3 · Mon Apr 17, 2017 02:50 PM UTC · #1798
miner work good. but my balance not change on x11.
FRISKIE · Mon Apr 17, 2017 02:53 PM UTC · #1799
Guys I’m showing almost half hashing power lost to stale and shares rejected at the pool, should I just disconnect for a while?
Steve Sokolowski · Mon Apr 17, 2017 02:55 PM UTC · #1801
they will be delayed a few hours because he needs to print out all the payouts and double-check them manually
FRISKIE · Mon Apr 17, 2017 02:55 PM UTC · #1802
Oh good god, went from bad to worse, disconecting till its sorted
Steve Sokolowski · Mon Apr 17, 2017 02:55 PM UTC · #1803
to make sure there are no errors that send money to the wrong place
Steve Sokolowski · Mon Apr 17, 2017 02:56 PM UTC · #1805
is everyone having this problem with stale shares or just friskie?
FRISKIE · Mon Apr 17, 2017 02:57 PM UTC · #1806
Any of us trying to use Nicehash have lost a decent chunk of change trying to work through the upgrade issues
FRISKIE · Mon Apr 17, 2017 02:58 PM UTC · #1807
Thanks Steve, am committed to working through these issues with you guys, but I’ll eventually run out of funds at this rate
Steve Sokolowski · Mon Apr 17, 2017 02:59 PM UTC · #1809
why not reduce the amount of hashrate you’re using from them?
FRISKIE · Mon Apr 17, 2017 03:00 PM UTC · #1810
Just reconnected an order if you need to monitor it
Steve Sokolowski · Mon Apr 17, 2017 03:00 PM UTC · #1811
that way, if there are rejected shares, little money will be lost
Steve Sokolowski · Mon Apr 17, 2017 03:00 PM UTC · #1812
is your username spelled the same way with capital letters on the site/
FRISKIE · Mon Apr 17, 2017 03:00 PM UTC · #1813
What hashrate do you remommend?
Steve Sokolowski · Mon Apr 17, 2017 03:01 PM UTC · #1816
it looks like you are reauthorizing constantly
Steve Sokolowski · Mon Apr 17, 2017 03:02 PM UTC · #1817
did you change your orders or do they just do that?
FRISKIE · Mon Apr 17, 2017 03:03 PM UTC · #1818
Steve, I’ll monitor this one and if issues resurface, will cancel and setup one with a low hashrate to just monitor behavior
Steve Sokolowski · Mon Apr 17, 2017 03:03 PM UTC · #1819
and was this a problem 3 hours ago, or is it new?
avgswsiss · Mon Apr 17, 2017 03:03 PM UTC · #1820
Steve- Rejected shares looks to be GONNE man- Great Job! At least for Scrypt, while x11, i have moved away until it’s been sorted.
Steve Sokolowski · Mon Apr 17, 2017 03:04 PM UTC · #1821
I’m trying to figure out what’s different about FRISKIE
Steve Sokolowski · Mon Apr 17, 2017 03:04 PM UTC · #1822
it seems like he’s the only one with this problem still
FRISKIE · Mon Apr 17, 2017 03:04 PM UTC · #1823
I have canceled 1 order in the past few minutes and set one up again for you to be able to look at it
FRISKIE · Mon Apr 17, 2017 03:05 PM UTC · #1824
Steve, could it be the c=GameCredit argu causing my problems?
Steve Sokolowski · Mon Apr 17, 2017 03:09 PM UTC · #1828
ok, for the next 30m, I recommend mining without c= or just canceling for now
Steve Sokolowski · Mon Apr 17, 2017 03:09 PM UTC · #1829
there must be something with "c=" and I know how to reproduce it
FRISKIE · Mon Apr 17, 2017 03:12 PM UTC · #1830
Ok, setup a low hashrate without c=, really appreciate the support mate - am a bit of a greenhorn here and your help means a lot
crazyq3 · Mon Apr 17, 2017 03:15 PM UTC · #1831
for finde block on x11 i will have rewrad or not?
Steve Sokolowski · Mon Apr 17, 2017 03:18 PM UTC · #1832
thanks for your help friskie, we’re trying to iron out these issues and you might have helped us figure out a longstanding problem
Steve Sokolowski · Mon Apr 17, 2017 03:18 PM UTC · #1833
crazy, that depends on whether you choose solo mining or pay-per-share
Steve Sokolowski · Mon Apr 17, 2017 03:19 PM UTC · #1834
most people choose to pay-per-share mine the most profitable coin, which means you earn a set rate regardless of block luck
FRISKIE · Mon Apr 17, 2017 03:19 PM UTC · #1835
Is there another way besides c= that I can avoid fast switching? The penalties on Nicehash are high so I was setting static coin to avoid that
FRISKIE · Mon Apr 17, 2017 03:20 PM UTC · #1836
@ Steve - if I have helped in even a small way it makes me smile
crazyq3 · Mon Apr 17, 2017 03:29 PM UTC · #1837
why pool show speed 850 mh/s if my miner miner stat show 910-950mh/s
avgswsiss · Mon Apr 17, 2017 03:33 PM UTC · #1841
dustind- yes, for me it works. dynamic and static.
dustind900 · Mon Apr 17, 2017 03:35 PM UTC · #1842
dang still doesn’t work for me
GregoryGHarding · Mon Apr 17, 2017 03:40 PM UTC · #1843
you need to specify a= in order to have d= work
Steve Sokolowski · Mon Apr 17, 2017 03:49 PM UTC · #1845
the stats are lower because they are estimating how much work is lost to work restarts
FRISKIE · Mon Apr 17, 2017 03:54 PM UTC · #1847
Steve - would setting "h=" have an effect to slow fast switching ?
dronKZ · Mon Apr 17, 2017 04:12 PM UTC · #1853
Yes in the settings is d = 2048, the work starts from 4096, make a minimum of the pool 2048
FRISKIE · Mon Apr 17, 2017 04:21 PM UTC · #1854
Steve - have you guys made a change to address the "c=" stale/rejects? Just asking as the results look great for past 20 minutes or so.
olkah · Mon Apr 17, 2017 04:41 PM UTC · #1855
Steve please tell me the payments will be or not ?
FRISKIE · Mon Apr 17, 2017 04:53 PM UTC · #1856
@ Steve - the results with a Nicehash order using "c=" still looking great, hope its becuase you guys fixed something
olkah · Mon Apr 17, 2017 04:53 PM UTC · #1857
I noticed that questions about payments strictly ignored why ?
Chris Sokolowski · Mon Apr 17, 2017 04:55 PM UTC · #1858
I’ve been working on payments all morning. The new database is causing me trouble, but I should have them out soon.
Steve Sokolowski · Mon Apr 17, 2017 04:57 PM UTC · #1859
it’s not because we fixed anything FRISKIE, but I have made progress
Steve Sokolowski · Mon Apr 17, 2017 04:58 PM UTC · #1860
the problem occurs when you or another miner on this pool finds a block
Steve Sokolowski · Mon Apr 17, 2017 04:58 PM UTC · #1861
and static coin miners are not updated to get a new block to mine
Steve Sokolowski · Mon Apr 17, 2017 04:58 PM UTC · #1862
but to fix that, I had to fix a problem with Segregated Witness which was blocking me from figuring it out
Steve Sokolowski · Mon Apr 17, 2017 04:58 PM UTC · #1863
so I think I should have more info on this static coin issue in a few hours
Steve Sokolowski · Mon Apr 17, 2017 05:02 PM UTC · #1865
we’re going to do a server restart soon to get rid of the static coin issues and to fix the NiceHash difficulty problem
crazyq3 · Mon Apr 17, 2017 05:30 PM UTC · #1869
how it if dush profit 2.3 now
FRISKIE · Mon Apr 17, 2017 06:01 PM UTC · #1872
@ Steve - confirmed - Nicehash issue with static diff resolved, no need for "a=" now
piet · Mon Apr 17, 2017 06:10 PM UTC · #1873
It looks like GameCredit stats are (displayed) wrong; 1 game is +/-0.10c ? payout is 10gmc ?
galixxx · Mon Apr 17, 2017 06:30 PM UTC · #1875
Is x11 looking good at the moment?
jinxorbit · Mon Apr 17, 2017 06:31 PM UTC · #1876
Pool reject rates staying below 2%, Hash rates look good.
