earnings show 2 extra workers then my miner stop earning

i looked at my earning page and noticed 2 extra workers that were not earning anything. then as i watch my worker(l3+) went offline. i looked at my antminer and the link was dead(under 1 min) but quickly came back on. Now my miner isnt earning anything and no hashrate is being clock for the last hour. I just started mining here today btw but had no issues at all with nicehash while testing on thier site
is this normal? will my earning come or have i lost an hour? do i reset my miner or is the problem on your end?

Reset it to be sure on your side, if you are hesitating try another pool for the meantime

it started working a few minutes after posting this. i lost about 40 min of mining though. not that big of a deal but i have only been mining here for about 4 hours and 40 minutes of that wasnt earning anything. I plan on mining 3 day on this site to see that average before deciding. i really really like that you can get paid out in any coins and all the options they have here for sure.

already happened again....I reset miner and it worked for a few minutes then stopped...
last 10min not earning anything again as my miner is connected to a active pool so it hasnt switched to the backup
any suggestions on how to fix this?

after reseting my miner it runs for about 15min then show 3 or 4 extra workers and i stop earning. if i leave it for another 20min it will work for a minute then more workers show up and i stop earning. connection shows as active on my miner so i have no idea whats going on. miner has been working fine on another pool
my firmware is the most up to date

add the password n=worker1

without a worker name the field is blank or has random characters that bleed over.
every so often the data its using as a name changes and causes a new miner with new info to appear.

setting the n=worker1 password will give it a static name to find and replace each time.

i would also add a=scrypt, its not required because its the default setting, but i like to make sure sometimes, if youre using an L3+, i recommend a static diff of 131072.

so in total:

n=[giveworkername] a=scrypt d=131072
