Anybody else not getting their payout for USDC to Coinbase?

Soggydan wrote: Hi, Anyone know of plans to add ALPH for dual mining with T-rex?

you can actually configure t-rex mining ethash at prohashing and blake3 (alph) at alph mining pool with alph going into the alephium wallet for dual mining. if you use lolminer, it can support both ethash+alph and etchash+alph

I can’t even find a link to open a support ticket on the site.

Links to 5 of the support options are located at the top right of the forums page, and all of the support options are listed at https://prohashing.com/about, including the website chat option.

All exchanges for this coin are currently in error, so this issue cannot be resolved until the exchanges correct the issues causing the coin to be in error at the exchanges.

I can’t delete "Litecoin" as a payment option. Keeps saying I forfeited my balance but it stays there and "Delete" never shows up. "Litecoin currently has balance of 3.23287991356386e-9 LTC ($0.00)"

Can you please go to the website chat in https://prohashing.com/about and submit a ticket on this so we can look into it with you?

LTC is the default payout so I don’t believe it can be deleted.

hi

I need to delete my account or change the account name so that no miner can connect to it. Is this possible?

The system doesn’t support removing the earnings data associated iwth a username or information required by government regulations, but you can remove other data such as your email address by saving a blank address in the payouts tab or your payout addresses by removing them in the payouts tab. If you have 2fa enabled, no one else should be able to access your account without access to the device your 2fa codes are on if that’s what you’re worried about.

You could also activate the API key feature, which would then be required from any miner trying to use your account.

There is another issue with StakeCubeCoin. Steven is working with the developers to try to get it rectified.

Thank you for the response, I am making an educated guess and thinking it probably has something to do with the stuck block reports over the last few days. Keep up the good work peeps,
