This happens automagically when mining litecoin.

you can choose any payouts you want with PPS. with PPLNS and Solo you wll be paid in the coin you are mining

romans · · #101419

ok si if i mine in ltc in solo, for exmaple i could also set 100% in doge?

Alynn · · #101420

romans wrote: ok si if i mine in ltc in solo, for exmaple i could also set 100% in doge?
no that is solo mode, you are paid in the coin you are mining which is litecoin

romans · · #101421

and if i want to solo doge? can i?

Alynn · · #101422

romans wrote: and if i want to solo doge? can i?
not here no

romans · · #101423

ok thank you. I’ll use this pull. I’ll put payouts 50 and 50 ltc and doge

romans · · #101424

I’m trying with gminer for ethereum only. And then i’m trying with cgminer for ltc. In first case it returns always "Connection closed", in the second it still "restart work"

Not anywhere. Doge is a merge mined coin. If you mine Litecoin, there is a possibility of also mining Doge, among other coins.

Hello! When i try to mine only a specific coin (for example in the password field i add, c=Ethereum,m=PPLNS) the miner still gives blocks, with no errors. But in hours the eth value, for example, does not grow

PPLNS does not pay out until a block is found. You should see your % changing and the total amount of work put towards this block.

romans · · #101436

in the miner gives only: new job: xxxxx Epoch: #xxx Block: #xxxx Diff: xxxM. It does not say the % of changing and the amount of work

Could you clarify? What are the images supposed to look like?

-MaVerick- · · #101448

I mean those tiny pictures to the left of "News" "System Support" or any thread etc.

-MaVerick- · · #101449

Is there any way to go back to the previous colors, or

josep01972 · · #101473

maybe change them in my profile or something?

josep01972 · · #101474

also... I am red green color blind. The pink on purple (I think) does not look great. Everything is weirdly the same color with not much contrast. It really does hurt to look at the screen. Can we at least have a way to go back in a preference somewhere? Red on blue/purple is also clashes.

If anyone is interested: This is more or less how the site might look like for someone like me: https://www.toptal.com/designers/colorfilter?orig_uri=https://forums.prohashing.com/&process_type=protan

Steve Sokolowski · · #101478

I reviewed the site in a red-green format and don’t see anything wrong with the contrast

Steve Sokolowski · · #101479

could you describe which specific elements are problematic for you?

josep01972 · · #101480

I can’t tell for sure, sure...but the best I can describe is it is all gray and blue.

Steve Sokolowski · · #101481

as far as I can see, it looks perfectly readable in the blue

Steve Sokolowski · · #101482

actually, there may be even more contrast for those who are colorblind, because there are fewer colors

josep01972 · · #101483

Steve Sokolowski wrote: as far as I can see, it looks perfectly readable in the blue
Sure...if you like it better, it’s your show. Just pointing out that it is not so nice to pick pink, purple and blue for a colorblind person. But I’m cool with whatever as long as I can change things in the profile. The previous version was pretty good for me.

josep01972 · · #101484

not sure where since I didn’t know the option existed... Can you point me in the right direction.

Steve Sokolowski · · #101485

thanks for the tip! we’ll improve that for the next version!

Steve Sokolowski · · #101486

for some strange reason, the new forum post icons to the left of every topic don’t seem to appear on the colorblind research site, so it’s possible that the research site is rendering the forums wrong too

So hat happens when the DAG is damaged (from oc too high) and you continue mining?

-MaVerick- · · #101507

you typicaly apply OC after the DAG is generated. If theres an error while creating, I guess you will not be able to mine

Im sure one of my gpus have continued mining after DAG damaged and didn’t notice any loses is why I’m asking...I haven’t found and definitive answers yet is why I’m asking.... maybe I’m googling the wrong question lol

The best way to draw attention to that issue is to submit a support ticket, and then we can assign it to Steven for investigation

S3KshuN8 · · #101513

There’s nothing to investigate. Bittrex recently removed BTC/RDD pair (but not RDD/USDT) and since them the coin has been in error here. I’m not submitting a support ticket every time one of your coins goes into error.

Sarah Manter · · #101515

S3KshuN8 wrote: There’s nothing to investigate. Bittrex recently removed BTC/RDD pair (but not RDD/USDT) and since them the coin has been in error here. I’m not submitting a support ticket every time one of your coins goes into error.
If a coin is listed as being in error, it is because the coin is in error at the exchange(s) we use, which is not something we can fix. We have to wait until the exchange fixes whatever is causing the coin to be in error.

S3KshuN8 · · #101516

It’s not currently in error on Bittrex, nor has it been in the past week or two. It is only in error here.

Sarah Manter · · #101517

S3KshuN8 wrote: It’s not currently in error on Bittrex, nor has it been in the past week or two. It is only in error here.
It’s in error here because Bittrex removed the market that we had available. USDT withdrawal fees at Bittrex are prohibitively high. As Steve said, and as is posted in our forums rules, if you have concerns or questions such as this one, the best way to draw attention to it is to submit an official support ticket so that Steven can investigate and address it with you.

Two of the criteria we use to decide which coins to add are the coinmarketcap rating and whether it’s available on exchanges that allow US customers. Based on these criteria, this is not a coin we’re looking to add at this time.
