I’ll look at it today and get back to you

I looked into this issue, and found that we would need someone with an FPGA to allow us to test with

Steve Sokolowski · · #94676

do you know anyone who has an FPGA that can be programmed for Odocrypt?

S3KshuN8 · · #94677

I’m on the list to get updates, but haven’t received any email from Prohashing. (Yes, I checked in Spam.)

I just found out that there were 4950 "bounce - other" errors and I can’t figure out what the error message was

Steve Sokolowski · · #94679

they are valid E-Mail addresses, so I’ll need to investigate more

I’d like to suggest a minor change to the login process. Currently the website logs us out after a period of time, requiring 2FA to log back in. Would it be possible to skip the 2FA process unless a user goes to the "Settings" page or elsewhere where any changes could be applied? This would cut down on the "annoyance factor" ... Thanks.

Please submit a ticket and we can get started with this. The ticket can be used to privately share connection details.

No, but you can submit a support ticket and Chris will be glad to assist when he wakes up!

ryguy · · #94704

@TradeCC :  If you’re having a payout problem I’d open a support ticket

TradeCC · · #94705

@ryguy Thanks, already did a few days ago and was working. Just want to check (on the short way) as the payout for today was not initiated yet. Will wait until tomorrow and open a ticket if necessary.

A check mark was put on my Game Credit balance and all my miners were taken offline, again. Not the first time. Second tme today my miners were taken offline in 4 hours.

I’m seeing the same thing on my end.. not to mention a bunch of my coins aren’t earning and my percentages have been changed. What’s going on here Steve?

There was a bug that Chris fixed, which I’ll write about later

Steve Sokolowski · · #94711

in the meantime, the issue was resolved and everything is back to normal

Hi Steve. Are you sure Chris resolved it? My miners just rebooted again and came up with hash rates about 1 /3rd of their normal rates.

srossman · · #94713

and when I say rebooted.. I mean dropped connection. Sorry :)

Steve Sokolowski · · #94714

we’re not aware of any widespread issues right now, and I just checked again - are you sure it might not be something with your miners?

srossman · · #94715

they’ve been running smoothly until this morning’s bug. I’m going to power them down, reconnect them to ProHashing and see what happens.

After today’s third drop of connection, an anomaly appeared in the scrypt total hashrate on Live page. 2.7th jumped up to 9th and slowly dropped to normal as my miners "rebooted".

rusTcoinz · · #94718

An aferthought. Workers total jumped from 8k to 12k.

Steve Sokolowski · · #94719

that’s what would be expected - the data is cached, and one of the servers came online before the other timed out

Steve Sokolowski · · #94720

but it’s fine now, right? I still don’t see any issues caused by the fixes this morning

rosic1 · · #94721

Is anybody using SimpleMining with TeamRedMiner? I can’t seem to get it to work.

Forum notification · · #94722

Steve Sokolowski · · #94723

Chris is going to do a quick release to some of the mining servers; it turns out he didn’t release to all servers yesterday

The Cardano upgrade has been completed and payouts have resumed. Both the newer Shelley addresses and older existing addresses will work for payouts. Most accumulated balances should pay out today. We are waiting for our exchanges to unlock their ADA wallets for payouts to 100% resume.
