Piratechain payouts are not going out. Submitted a ticket. Been 3 days well above payout threshold and it’s checked showing ready for payout but it never drops the payment.

Hello my ripple reached the pay out proportion but will not pay out (wallet address is correct) also when trying to delete other coins like ETH from my payout wallets it will not let me delete them please advise ???

Hey Steve, when selecting coins to be paid in, I noticed some of the coins have a + and - percentage next to them. What does that mean?

Unfortunately, we don’t have the resources to provide support for Nicehash connections. Nicehash mining isn’t prohibited, but customers are responsible for troubleshooting themselves. We welcome you to connect direct miners, and we’ll be happy to help you with that!

No password arguments really needed. I was using my Z9 mini’s and the only password arguments I used was n=Z9-01 and I did that in sequence as that’s naming my rigs. Z9-01, Z9-02 etc

This coin is held up by Altilly’s response to a support ticket. They haven’t replied to a support ticket we sent them in regards to an error in withdrawing from their exchange

The argument doesn’t affect how much you earn, so unless you have a very specific reason for using it, I suggest not including it.

Morning everyone. Has anyone else mining equihash been seeing this? "Equihash solution is using incorrect parameters" I will have some time today to look at my miners before I submit a ticket but my daily pay out is off by enough for me to notice. Just curious if anyone else is seeing this

I have not got an error, but ZCASH is in error which is for sure affecting my payout. Need to get ZCASH out of error.

Are there any issues with zelcash? I’ve had some miners on this alog for a few hours now and on my miner side it shows over 300 shares accepted, however on PH pool side it’s showing only 1 share in the last 2 hours and Still calculating rate.
