What the heck are you guys using, old floppies recycled into homemade hard drives? xD If a drive goes bad, shouldn’t you know about it immediately, without someone having to report a problem with earnings?

We’re aware of these three disks that are failing, but there are higher priority tasks to deal with at the moment and the disks can be repaired temporarily
settings for payout addresses only lists bitcoin an option for coins. The rest have an outline and you can only select bitcoin as a backup coin due to error
Hello Steve, I saw your post on moving data from one bad SSD to a new one hence having to take down some coins. Does this affect the earnings or payouts if our payout was one of the affected coins? Also, will they all come back? Lastly, I am also seeing an issue today where the Payout Proportions display is always showing 0 on everything. I have it set to 100% dogecoin but it shows 0% across all my currencies, is this also related to the data migration? Any ETA on this? Thank you!
doesnt any one have a big drop in hashing power since yesterday when mining litecoin,my miners say running at the normal hashrate but in prohash it syays half the hash rate .
It appears my miners were running all day but gained zero credit for any of their work. I was paid for what was earned prior to when this began today but all the work my rigs did all day was not counted. Do I need to open a trouble ticket or will this be resolved on it own when you guys are done sorting through your issues since usual server migrades go very smoothly for us...

As far as I know, Chris resolved this issue several hours ago; if it’s still occurring, then this is best dealt with in a support ticket

We need to get more information about this because it seems like a complex problem that’s going to require significant investigation - I think this is best answered in a support ticket

Thanks keydric, I will give that one a try. I’m already using one dark reader (can’t recall name atm) but had no effect on this site. Appreciate the suggestion.
keydric wrote: Would that problem with Eth have something to do with the hard fork. - If you are a node operator, update your node with the latest release.
The ETH daemon was taken offline yesterday to resolve a problem with USDCoin payouts, and then when it was brought back online, it took some time to get its latest blocks
On my first day of registration,I accidentally deleted the BTC address,Cause BTC balance to be lost. Please forgive my ignorance and return 0.00027BTC to me.Thanks.
Unfortunately, we did not have a lot of interest in Monero, so we decided to lower the priority of transitioning to RandomX. We don’t know when, if ever, we will return to Monero mining

We’re not aware of any widespread issues now that the share insertion issue was resolved; feel free to submit a support ticket with your username and we’ll be glad to investigate
@Steve Sokolowski : Howsit,JiveTonto/Hihihihihi22 here.............. How come you guys dont spread the hash rate lightly over a fewer of the ""lower"" coins.even if only 1 or two gpu miners
