I wish it were that simple. But scrypt hashrate continues to decline despite profitability being superior to every competitor tested, so profitability can’t be the cause!
hello dear prohashing team! On my daily income from 08/25/2019 to 08/26/2019, 2 monacoins are again missing on my prohashing account !!!! Please note that the complexity of monacoin for the specified period did not increase, my miners did not turn off! So where did 2 monacoin go? This has already happened once, and I turned to Chris! So it can’t continue, I immediately ask you to figure it out and this time return me 2 monacoin! Thank!

What issues are you having with the ticketing system? Since we’re not aware of any widespread issues, this is a complex problem that seems customer-specific and we need to get this into a ticket for investigation
You can also call Chris at the number listed on the "About" page and he will return your call when he gets up to troubleshoot your issue over the phone

What issues are you having with the ticket system? Let’s resolve that so that we can get you able to submit a ticket, so that we can then request private information that’s necessary to investigate
you should have a poll that allows people to tell what they dont like about the site, such as wallets/coins going into error state alot, skipped payouts, and too much arrogance from site owners
then Steve or whoever writes large essays using prohashing as the "end all be all" of whats happening in the crypto world. "well prohashing lost miners so that means bitcoin is XYZ in the future" stupid
I know if I lost alot of money thatd be in for prohashing, and im sure alot of big timers have had this happen already and they said sayonara prohashing
I transferred all my miners to another pool! And until you figure it out, I don’t intend to return because the loss of 20% of the daily income of my miners is huge!
to be fair, the default link to the support site leads to a blank page. Here is the correct link: https://jira.prohashing.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa IMPORTANT: Your prohashing account info does not work here. Use your username and a new password.

We’re not aware of any widespread decline in earnings - that’s why it’s important to submit a support ticket. Please do and Chris will be glad to help you. In regards to coins going into error, I apologize, as there is a problem with obsolete hardware that we need to replace and expect to arrive around September 10. You can read more about that in the latest status update.
radion1 wrote: Or do you propose to continue to work on the pool with -20%
I’m confused as to what the issue is with the ticketing system that you’re having - could you make a post to "system support and feedback" with screenshots of the problem, including the URLs you’re going to, so we can investigate?

What happened with that pool?
It’s been a while, but I think I pointed a rig there until it came time for them to pay out and they never did. Somewhere around $20 at the time, iirc.
