it just shows background color of coin im mining but NO WHERE does it actually say what coin im specifically mining, unless I dig ini worker stats

it use to show like "scrypt" then background would be grey and say litecoin for example in bottom corner and background would have coin logo within that grey now

it is not connecting. it keeps trying to login and it does not do it. I tried on several computers.

3rd day without the transfer, when will the transfer be done? I thought the timeframe was 24h maximum, the system keeps restarting to 24h every day

what URL are you trying to connect to?

not sure what you mean since the issue is that I cannot login to create a support ticket for a payment that is pending for like 4 days so far

yup cryptonight status does not update

and dash threshold exceeded but has not been marked as on process for payout

payment pending for 5 days so far

why do you guys state 24h payment if this usually never happens? I basically missed any chance of profit since the payment is already taking 5 days. and no, I still cannot create a ticket.

The site https://prohashing.com/ does not work

This is a warning to those posting about issues here: I’m going to enforce our option to delete future chat from customers who do not submit support tickets about their issues when asked. We don’t have enough information to resolve many of the complaints here, and that information isn't being provided. All chat accounts who have been directed to submit tickets and who do not do so within 12 hours will have their accounts and IP addresses banned - thanks.

I am doing that, the issue is the page is not working properly. I already tried from 3 different computers

E3s will connect to the pool without any parameters, it will take up to 10 min to spin and thats not the pool but the E3 needs time to build the DAG, its a modded Pi board so the time is appropriate for it, it will show rejects at first but you need to run it for 6 hours to get the right results.
