Happy Bday! Enjoy your day - you have a tough job dealing with all us knuckleheads. We’re all just trying to make an extra buck, so I’m sure you understand!
Steve Sokolowski wrote: I don’t see anything to indicate that profitabilities are incorrect - there are just periods when a coin is very profitable for a short period of time
Steve, unless you have added new coins or there’s been a significant change I’m not aware of in some coin I’m not sure I buy that suddenly shares are becoming worth $ instead of cents.
it becomes 0.0002286 after 6 seconds, and after 6 seconds, it becomes 0.00002501 again. Is the data normal? This situation has been going on for a long time.
@Steve Sokolowski : </strong> X11’s real-time profit data, in a few seconds, skyrocketed more than 10 times, and then in a few seconds, plummeted more than 10 times? ?
@o51888 : Maybe you are thinking those numbers are long term projections? instead of instant as of last shares read numbers that will change again in another 5 seconds to reflect that 5 second interval and not the whole day like you seem to be using those numbers for projecting?

Yes, there are short spikes in the system that last for seconds then die back off once that 1 coin that hasnt been hit in 5 mins gets hit then back to normal, its not continuous.
@o51888 : the closest you can come on this site, is on the CHARTS page, you can see what the expected payout was for the PREVIOUS day. But I do not think they make any promises on what you will get paid out or like nicehash a menu of prices they pay per hash. All you can check is what you SHOULD have made from the day before if you mined on here.

Sure that’s fine, but X11 is showing all kinds of spikes unlike it has before. Something has change and it’s making the live profit data difficult to trust
According to my observation, in the X11 algorithm, the hash rate of the nicehash miners accounts for 30%-50% of the total hash rate of the prohashing pool. If the real-time profit data is not accurate, the nice mine union will lose a lot and the miners will stop working. The income of the mining pool will also be greatly reduced.

Please can you send me a PM? I want to contact you but the system does not let me (not enough activity)

Would love to see the data that supports your observations. You claim 30-50% of the X11 comes from nicehash...can you back that up in any way? Or are you just guessing and making up numbers? The real-time data IS accurate. Its for REAL TIME...RIGHT NOW...not 5 mins from now, its NOT a projection its REAL TIME as you stated.

i can clearly support his observations. Its even much more than 30-50%. When all nicehash-users stop doing with prohashing and go to some other pools, then x11 drops from 200+ to some 50-52 TH/s. I observed this for example yesterday. I looked on nicehash and saw that nobody is doing with prohashing. Then i looked on prohashing: 52 TH/s. On the other side: there could be also the case that some 10.000 D3s disconnected (17 GH/s * 10.000 = 170 TH/s). But i dont believe that 10.000 D3s disconnect at the same time. Yes, its true and i agree with o51888: that what is coming from nicehash is 6 times more than all those D3s doing permanently here.
I think the problem with the way the live profitability is calculated is that it is only concerned with the last 250 shares and not how much of the pool is actually earning at those rates. If 99.99% of the pool is submitting shares worth say 15 cents and 0.01% is submitting shares worth 1000 cents then I’d like to see those figures weighted to reflect that. That would provide a more accurate picture to the pool’s profitability and not what a few miners happened to be earning in the last few seconds.
@ziggy- to be more specific i’m solo mining the coin but i’d like to hash within a certain window of difficulty, solo coin but static window of difficulty.......is that possible?

Steve Sokolowski wrote: if you are using that data for bots, remember that these periods are often short lived and you should account for that in your mining
Steve, I think that it is is not OK, these numbers do not presents the average profitability of the pool for all users, but mostly only for assigned miners and that is not correct
Steve Sokolowski wrote: if you are using that data for bots, remember that these periods are often short lived and you should account for that in your mining
Steve, several weeks ago you wrote me, that nicehash miner can use live profitability data for mining and that these data are correct, that is not true. I think now, that your goal is banish nicehash miners from Prohashing
payout in tron trx, is this still the ERC token ? Cause have a payout with a tx but the receiver wallet is 0x0000....whats the solution in this case ??
ryguy wrote: @balzsam : The numbers do seem to represent what is mentioned in the documentation, but correct and useful should not be confused as the same.
Yes, but if you presents ypurself as Professional mining pool, you should give the usefull service to your customers, they will paying 5% of their profit for it. It is look like Prohashing do not need our money.
@oppresseddude : Likely didn't forfeit it correctly. You have to supply a wallet address before you can forfeit some coins. After you have the address and click forfeit, then you need to click SAVE at the bottom I think to make sure the changes save and the forfeit happens. Try that.
Hi Steve. Whatever you have done on X11 shares / etc / etc / etc all other changes has made a major difference to my profitibility. I am not a big crypto guy, just a 46 year old man trying to get on the millenial crypto band wagon, so excuse me if I dont know all the jargon. Keep up the good work, thanks for the PH pool and thanks for all the mods adding to our profit. J
