buying asic is meaningless
ifeco · Tue Jun 05, 2018 01:48 AM UTC · #86903
no d3 is better than ls
CSZiggy · Tue Jun 05, 2018 01:48 AM UTC · #86904
they are now, not so much last summer
CSZiggy · Tue Jun 05, 2018 01:49 AM UTC · #86905
ifeco wrote: no d3 is better than ls didnt understand that one, sorry
ifeco · Tue Jun 05, 2018 01:50 AM UTC · #86906
i mean d3 is even better than l3s+
CSZiggy · Tue Jun 05, 2018 01:50 AM UTC · #86907
few weeks ago, that futurocoin came out, and X11 profits doubled for a week, then went back to normal, had a good run there for a week.
CSZiggy · Tue Jun 05, 2018 01:51 AM UTC · #86911
it all depends, when the last drops was, what the current prices are going for.
CSZiggy · Tue Jun 05, 2018 01:51 AM UTC · #86913
too risky, not enough payouts
ifeco · Tue Jun 05, 2018 01:51 AM UTC · #86914
I JUST WANT TO COMPLETE MY LTC ROUND NUMBER THAN I WILL TURN IT OFF
CSZiggy · Tue Jun 05, 2018 01:52 AM UTC · #86915
plus then you have to convert coins on your own then
CSZiggy · Tue Jun 05, 2018 01:52 AM UTC · #86916
solo pays out in the coin you are soloing
ifeco · Tue Jun 05, 2018 01:53 AM UTC · #86918
I REGRET BUYING ASIC MINER
CSZiggy · Tue Jun 05, 2018 01:53 AM UTC · #86919
this late in the season, yeah, last summer was the time to buy that generation
CSZiggy · Tue Jun 05, 2018 01:53 AM UTC · #86920
wouldnt be surprised if bitmain has new models come october
ifeco · Tue Jun 05, 2018 01:53 AM UTC · #86921
GOT MINE LAST YEAR AROUND ENDING NOV
ifeco · Tue Jun 05, 2018 01:54 AM UTC · #86922
BUT WENT OUT OF CITY FOR WORK
CSZiggy · Tue Jun 05, 2018 01:54 AM UTC · #86923
they flooded the D3s back then
ifeco · Tue Jun 05, 2018 01:54 AM UTC · #86925
THAT IS WHAT KILLED THE MINER
ifeco · Tue Jun 05, 2018 01:55 AM UTC · #86926
HOPE THEY AHAVE LEARNT THEIR LESSON FROM X3 AND E3 COMING UP
CSZiggy · Tue Jun 05, 2018 01:55 AM UTC · #86927
lots of people suspected it would, the batchs they released were killing the profits on them very fast
CSZiggy · Tue Jun 05, 2018 01:55 AM UTC · #86928
they havent they just want to sell miners, they dont care if you ever get the money back, they have theirs
ifeco · Tue Jun 05, 2018 01:56 AM UTC · #86929
AM BETTER OFF WITH GPU
CSZiggy · Tue Jun 05, 2018 01:56 AM UTC · #86930
once the E3s come out, maybe not
ifeco · Tue Jun 05, 2018 01:56 AM UTC · #86931
SOLD TWO OF MY RIGS I USE SEVEN MONTHS AND STILL PROFIT
CSZiggy · Tue Jun 05, 2018 01:56 AM UTC · #86933
equihash may go the way of X11
ifeco · Tue Jun 05, 2018 01:57 AM UTC · #86934
PEOPLE HAVE PAID AND WAITING FOR SHIPPING
CSZiggy · Tue Jun 05, 2018 01:57 AM UTC · #86935
i see same issue X11 had, not very many coins to mine
ifeco · Tue Jun 05, 2018 01:58 AM UTC · #86936
I LOVED WHAT HAPPENED TO THEM ON CRYPTONITE ALGO
ifeco · Tue Jun 05, 2018 01:58 AM UTC · #86937
X11 HAVE BUT ONLY REASONABLE COIN IS DASH
CSZiggy · Tue Jun 05, 2018 01:59 AM UTC · #86938
didnt even see what happened to cryptonite algo, they fork it so the miners didnt work?
CSZiggy · Tue Jun 05, 2018 01:59 AM UTC · #86942
was a worry with the A3s also, if sia would fork to mess them up, but they didnt
ifeco · Tue Jun 05, 2018 01:59 AM UTC · #86943
I DON’T THINK BITMAIN SHIP THE MINER
CSZiggy · Tue Jun 05, 2018 02:00 AM UTC · #86945
wouldnt surprise me if they did, people bought a crytonite miner, not a monero miner
ifeco · Tue Jun 05, 2018 02:00 AM UTC · #86946
ALMOST ALL CRYPTONIGHT FOLLOWED MONERO
CSZiggy · Tue Jun 05, 2018 02:01 AM UTC · #86947
same concern with A3s, they werent SIA coin miners, they were blake2B miners, if no coins were still left on blake2b, bitmain wouldnt have cared.
ifeco · Tue Jun 05, 2018 02:01 AM UTC · #86948
BAIKAL MINER IS DOING BUY 1 AND GET 4 FREE
CSZiggy · Tue Jun 05, 2018 02:01 AM UTC · #86950
wasn't the price 2X higher than the bitamin models?
CSZiggy · Tue Jun 05, 2018 02:02 AM UTC · #86952
buy 1 get 5 isnt bad, if you have the extra power to run all 5.
ifeco · Tue Jun 05, 2018 02:02 AM UTC · #86953
INITIALLY ITS WAS BUT THE REDUCE THE PRICE DRASTICALLY AFTER MONERO ANNOUNCED FORK
CSZiggy · Tue Jun 05, 2018 02:03 AM UTC · #86954
will baikals work with the forked monero?
CSZiggy · Tue Jun 05, 2018 02:03 AM UTC · #86955
otherwise they are just doorstops also
ifeco · Tue Jun 05, 2018 02:04 AM UTC · #86956
GUESS BOTH THEM AND BITMAIN WAS MINING WITH THE MINER BEFORE THE RELEASE IT
CSZiggy · Tue Jun 05, 2018 02:04 AM UTC · #86957
bitmain does that will all the devices they sell
CSZiggy · Tue Jun 05, 2018 02:04 AM UTC · #86958
runs them for a 'burn in' period to make sure they work
ifeco · Tue Jun 05, 2018 02:05 AM UTC · #86959
MINERS IN CHINA PROTEST IN CHINA ABOUT BYTOCOIN MINER
ifeco · Tue Jun 05, 2018 02:05 AM UTC · #86960
THEY SAID BITMAIN GAVE THEM OLD MINER AND HASH POWER IS NOT THYE SAME THING BITMAIN SAID
CSZiggy · Tue Jun 05, 2018 02:06 AM UTC · #86962
if live in china and take them to china court maybe, but outside china...wish in 1 hand.
ifeco · Tue Jun 05, 2018 02:07 AM UTC · #86964
LET SEE WHAT WILL HAPPEN WITH E3
CSZiggy · Tue Jun 05, 2018 02:08 AM UTC · #86965
i expect difficulty to jump up 10X and everyone gets a tenth of what they were the month before.
CSZiggy · Tue Jun 05, 2018 02:09 AM UTC · #86966
depends how many they release and actually sell, but if its anything like X11
ifeco · Tue Jun 05, 2018 02:10 AM UTC · #86967
THE CLAIMED THAT ITS WILL NOT BE LIKE D3
CSZiggy · Tue Jun 05, 2018 02:11 AM UTC · #86969
i'd claim that too if I thought it would fool people into buying the machines
CSZiggy · Tue Jun 05, 2018 02:11 AM UTC · #86970
nope, didnt see enough profit in E3 or equihash to get money back within a year to try it.
ifeco · Tue Jun 05, 2018 02:12 AM UTC · #86971
BUT THE POWER USAGE IS LOVELY
ifeco · Tue Jun 05, 2018 02:12 AM UTC · #86972
WAS TEMPTED TO GET ONE BUT DECIDED TO STAY WITH GPU
CSZiggy · Tue Jun 05, 2018 02:12 AM UTC · #86973
unlike video card rigs, no resell value, so once its obsolete, its DOA.
CSZiggy · Tue Jun 05, 2018 02:13 AM UTC · #86975
video cards you can resell, upgrade, swap out.
ifeco · Tue Jun 05, 2018 02:13 AM UTC · #86976
BUT POWER IS WHAT YOU CONSIDER TOO WITH 190MHS
ifeco · Tue Jun 05, 2018 02:14 AM UTC · #86977
ITS TOO GOOD TO IGNORE
CSZiggy · Tue Jun 05, 2018 02:15 AM UTC · #86978
i bought me load of miners, ran them til they werent profitable then shut them off. Ill wait til christmas time and sell what I have
CSZiggy · Tue Jun 05, 2018 02:17 AM UTC · #86979
the D3s up and running now? show a good solid hashrate?
ifeco · Tue Jun 05, 2018 02:18 AM UTC · #86981
you turn them on again
CSZiggy · Tue Jun 05, 2018 02:18 AM UTC · #86982
i'm not, prices too low, I could buy more coins for the same price as mine them
CSZiggy · Tue Jun 05, 2018 02:20 AM UTC · #86984
off to play some video games, if i dont stop in til tomorrow, good evening all.
