The poll make no sense as others have said its not possible to input a value only the poll share value which doesn’t mean anything and it would be better as coins earn’t due to the price fluctuaction.

losing money when receiving $PAC as payment

why would Prohashing make it not affordable to receive in $PAC?

I am losing between 30-40% every time I am receiving in PAC compared to mining directly in their pool, why?

You can ask Chris in a support ticket, but my guess is that the coin is not very liquid, so it has a very wide spread

and therefore we owe customers more coins than the current market price supports

and since they haven’t been bought yet, we’re paying at a rate equal to the price the coin will be worth once we run up the price

I do not think so Steve, PAC is in the top 10 in all exchanges it is traded and the price is dropping. at crypto-is and Yobit, PAC has more volume than DOGE (for example).

PAC did not drop 40% in 1 day. probably the risk considered in the equation is not compatible to the coin.

I personally around 300k PAC daily and do not have any issues buying or selling. I really would love to be able to mine here and receive a fair payment in $PAC since I believe the Prohashing system is very good

It looks like it went down on your side for a while. When my miners disconnected, the live profit for sha-256 disappeared too. Now, they’re both back up

yes, I am mining on sha-256 right now. It looks like it’s working again

NVM i got it up and running. The key is putting "sha-256" in the password line. Not "sha 256"

We’re investigating this issue, but no cause has been found yet

Steve, with all due respect, 24 hours in Crypto is a lifetime and the issue is quite clear. 30% less than buying every time. I doubt I was the only one. I hope it is fixed, but also I receive a refund of both times I received in PAC.

Unfortunately, we can’t go any faster; there are a lot of tickets ahead of yours and it isn’t fair to move tickets forward because someone is more presistent on the forums

this is one of the most complex issues in the tickets right now and even when we are able to figure it out, I estimate it will require a lot and testing and a release to resolve

so I appreciate your patience, and if it is determined that money is owed to customers, then we will definitely take care of that after we determine the cause of the problem

This issue has been resolved

the server had been set to energy saving mode, so its clock speed was decreased by 60%

as to ping times, some of that is due to the VPN - we expect to reduce them by 75ms when the new Internet connection is installed
