Troubleshooting issues with system

There are issues with getting the system back online after we restarted it to fix the equihash lost blocks problem. The issues are unrelated to the changes we made.

Chris is continuing to investigate what is causing the issues, but has not yet been able to understand what's going on.

The issue has been resolved. It turns out that Chris enabled some merge-mined coins yesterday that had nothing to do with the equihash blocks, and one of those coins is providing invalid blocks to the system. Now that he knows what the issue is, he can install the coins on Dev and try them one by one, until he figures out which one is the problem and resolves it.

During this time period, no money was lost, as miners were still mining valid litecoins (but no blocks were found). Share corrections will be issued for this time period in about 8 hours.
