if they are on an exchange you can trade them on that exchange

if the exchange you have the wallet on updates their indexes then you can move ocins in and out of that exchange with any others that are also updated and indexed.

then you have to wait for exchanges to update before they can receive the coins from your wallet to be able to sell or exchange them

brothers computer popped up the web page, after 10 or so refreshs now all i get is connection refused from the site.

all other sites on his bookmarks work, closed that browser down, opened edge, cleared cache edge same, no connection, works on disney.com cnn.com, msn.com all pop up fast
