Sorry to say but if you play game right s3 and above is still making a profit. my S4s and S5s clear 2 to 3 times daily compared to my D3s and resell prices for all of them are just stupid
So basically all these people that are buying a shit ton of S9s that will be delivered by March 1st, and up and running by mid March or April first will not make thier money back in the first year?
Honestly Bitcoin is headed to $50k and $80k by end of year...technical analysis is pretty accurate from many in my hedge fund industry, which is why a millions of dollars are going into mining right now

People are pouring millions of dollars into bitcoin that is why its going up
Not just bitcoin but all main blue chips coins, Litecoin, Ethereum, BitcoinCash, and soon to be Ripple and Ethereum Classic that will be on Coinbase the main point of entry into these markets...they are going up guys for sure no fear or doubts about it
So if difficulty continues to increase and the coins mined is law of diminishing returns, but the dollar value is pretty consistent or at least not as diminished which make mining still worth while with the only catch that the technology will need to be replaced every 2-3 years?
Well we don’t plan to sell the coins once they are mined...only keep them in cold hardware storage...then when the society is evolved enough to make purchases with Litecoin (transfer value) is when we sell and by then the price is at $4000

Yes you are making profit but only cause the price of bitcoins, and the dollar amount not actually mining bitcoins is going up your mining less coins
income taxes only if you sell the coins for other coins or to USD as realized gains....until they are sold they are not realized, it’s a commodity asset class....just like Gold

oh...yeah so we want at least a 1,000 or more mining machines...500 S9s and 500 L3+ and need some kind of projections for the investors ....the ROI is based on building that company that owns these machines then selling the company as a means of cashing out to another VC firm that wants to get in the space
we were looking at buying these: Capex - $500,000 for 128 workers, 768 GPU’s 1 mining worker consists of 2 Power Supplies, 1 motherboard, 1 Celeron CPU, 1 8GB stick of DDR4 Memory, 1 64GB USB3.0 flash storage drive, 6 PCI-E 1x to 16x Riser, and 6 Nvidia GTX 1070 GPU’s mining at 27MH/s (not overclocked) at a cost of $3,906.96 per 6 GPU Rig mining at 160MH/s ETH/ETC/ZCASH or other GPU capable alt-coins.
