i am guessing it is updating the 2hr share rate estimate and adusting hash rate on live

Chameleon · · #62981

I’ve written my own projection of how much I should be earning by the end of the day based upon ’average earned per hour’ and then adding that multiplied by the hours left in the day, on top of what is already earned

greaseman316 · · #62982

me to something like that + or - a couple dollars

AppleMiner · · #62983

@Chameleon :  think everyone does that several times a day

Chameleon · · #62984

mine updates by the second :P

greaseman316 · · #62985

thats what excel is made for lolololol

AppleMiner · · #62986

mine does too, its called the prohashing API

Chameleon · · #62987

greasemonkey script for me

greaseman316 · · #62988

lmao

Chameleon · · #62989

I work from the live balances, so I don’t have to play with the WAMP interface

AppleMiner · · #62990

go to your settings page, grab the API for your accounty and try to paste it in here: https://pas.ma/prohash/

AppleMiner · · #62991

someone made a PH api key reader a while back and i saved the address for it

AppleMiner · · #62992

its just info display cant access your account or move funds so it shuold be fine

Chameleon · · #62993

:D I double checked that before pasting my API key there

AppleMiner · · #62994

yeah thats sorta the purpose of an API key

AppleMiner · · #62995

read only infos

greaseman316 · · #62996

thats kinda neat :)

AppleMiner · · #62997

@greaseman316 :  i checked my D3s, they work no matter if coin or solo are in either direction before or after.

greaseman316 · · #62998

wont work on any of my d3s

AppleMiner · · #62999

using bitmains firmware?

Chameleon · · #63000

https://i.imgur.com/klRW4IH.png is my script running, sits below the live balances on the earnings page

greaseman316 · · #63001

ffs i bet thats it i using my testing rigs

greaseman316 · · #63002

wait a minute brb

AppleMiner · · #63003

not another ID TEN T error again!

greaseman316 · · #63004

no test rigs running my firmware

AppleMiner · · #63005

my original bitmain ones work fine in either direction, so may want to check that.

greaseman316 · · #63006

yesterday it would not work on bitmain but is now but not working on test rigs, for some reason it wants it inline

greaseman316 · · #63007

SHjfbwuvbwuvbwuw now i gotta go thru code and see if i can find out why grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

AppleMiner · · #63008

but at least it wasnt on the pools side

AppleMiner · · #63009

save steve from having to try and track down an error, please let him know you found the mistake and it was on your end

brosh · · #63010

how long are the bitcoin payments taking to confirm?

AppleMiner · · #63011

so he doesnt waste time on it, other things he could be working on 8)

greaseman316 · · #63012

i have been helpin folks today that have had that problem so makes me wonder if they are using Blissz firmware

deathlessdd · · #63013

I used blissz firmware once

AppleMiner · · #63014

i dont trust non original firmwares

AppleMiner · · #63015

unless i paid for it and it was legit

deathlessdd · · #63016

well true

AppleMiner · · #63017

otherwise ill find im giving 5% of my hash to some person who wrote the excellent firmware

deathlessdd · · #63018

but i made my own firmware based off of bitmains latest firmware

greaseman316 · · #63019

i cant say anything bad about it is solid work. but i can do same at higher hash rate with bitmain firmware

deathlessdd · · #63020

Its really nice no to hear the fans start at 100% every powerup

deathlessdd · · #63021

not

deathlessdd · · #63022

I really wish bitmain would put more effort into there firmwares

AppleMiner · · #63023

i have no issue with it, since mine normally run like 3300

AppleMiner · · #63024

/g i have no issues with a quick power up at full to blow it clean once in a while

deathlessdd · · #63025

Lol like i said before id water cool them if i could

deathlessdd · · #63026

I cant stand fan noises

AppleMiner · · #63027

my rack is 4 blocks from my house, the people next to my mining location have a better chance of hearing them than I do

deathlessdd · · #63028

lol

deathlessdd · · #63029

well thats why you dont care

deathlessdd · · #63030

mine is in my basement

AppleMiner · · #63031

i can remote in and reset them all at once, and not care

AppleMiner · · #63032

ill never hear it ROFL

deathlessdd · · #63033

Man I hear mine though the duct work

greaseman316 · · #63034

normally i cant hear them but when i do i know something is wrong :D :D :D

deathlessdd · · #63035

and my house is 3 stories

AppleMiner · · #63036

if i put 25 miners in my basement, id need a new basement, a new house, and a new wife.

deathlessdd · · #63037

LOL

deathlessdd · · #63038

hince why I modded mine

deathlessdd · · #63039

my wife would kill me

greaseman316 · · #63040

well 2 out 3 aint bad

deathlessdd · · #63041

everytime she goes do laundry

AppleMiner · · #63042

i think the terms were, as long as I cant hear them...ok 4 blocks from the house, perfect, sold!

deathlessdd · · #63043

Lol did you buy a storage unit?

AppleMiner · · #63044

even better, neighbor on the block lost their house in a fire 2 years ago

AppleMiner · · #63045

so they moved, and still had the lot and the garage.

deathlessdd · · #63046

ahh you bought it

AppleMiner · · #63047

now..I have a lot and a garage

deathlessdd · · #63048

nice

AppleMiner · · #63049

and 200 amp service and internet going to the garage

greaseman316 · · #63050

sweet

deathlessdd · · #63051

not for them but for u

AppleMiner · · #63052

worked out perfect lal the bills come in for that address go into the business pile

deathlessdd · · #63053

I need to build a second garage that isnt attached

AppleMiner · · #63054

keep it attached and subtract a portion of the rent/mortgage

AppleMiner · · #63055

or use a 2nd location and deduct it

deathlessdd · · #63056

hmm

deathlessdd · · #63057

wouldnt be a bad idea

AppleMiner · · #63058

run 220 volt servivce on the lines, double up the amount of miners you can run on it

deathlessdd · · #63059

Maybe if the miners would pay for themselfs....

AppleMiner · · #63060

half the amps as 110

brosh · · #63061

i made an ice box sound insulator for each of my 3 miners

AppleMiner · · #63062

rent or mortage on 2nd location < paying for divorce

deathlessdd · · #63063

LOL

deathlessdd · · #63064

I was hoping it would pay for my truck

brosh · · #63065

the new baikal giant-B looks dope

greaseman316 · · #63066

hmm weird all of bitmains firmware when coin is before mode it shows errors in live status but works if i switch then errors disappear

AppleMiner · · #63067

what errors?

AppleMiner · · #63068

name id status or ?

AppleMiner · · #63069

ill check mine but i have 2 with coin then solo and 1 with solo then coin

greaseman316 · · #63070

It says they are submitting to many share and have been asigned dynamic but all are hashing staic 256 as it should

AppleMiner · · #63071

all 3 report they are in solo mode on prohash

AppleMiner · · #63072

do you have a static d set on it?

greaseman316 · · #63073

ya eveything working fine

greaseman316 · · #63074

yes!! does same with no d=

AppleMiner · · #63075

try putting a=x11 d=16 m=solo d=dash

AppleMiner · · #63076

and then a=x11 d=16 c=dash m=solo

AppleMiner · · #63077

try putting a=x11 d=16 m=solo c=dash

AppleMiner · · #63078

those last 2

AppleMiner · · #63079

see if you put a then d if the M or C order matters
