Answered myself, moved my rig back for about 45 mins, first 30 or so were fine, but when I checked again now, last share submitted was 5+ minutes

ZiGen · · #47766

another day ...another failure ...damn it ...

mycide · · #47767

sigh what’s up today?

mycide · · #47768

@Searing Seems we are not.

Minermoe · · #47769

Just go to another pool, litecoinpool.org and come back when they finally fix their issues.

Minermoe · · #47770

They definitely should be doing something regarding reimbursement as they have had these issues several times in the past and have failed to have it from

Minermoe · · #47771

Happening again

mcdavi02 · · #47772

Guys, I need another X11 pool, both all 3 of my pools are down, i have never tried Nicehash, but am looking for something good in X11

mycide · · #47773

please do, any good x11 pool except NH

Aura89 · · #47774

@Minermoe :  It’s best to not talk about things you do not know. The only time reimbursement is a thing is when you are sending shares but not being credited for them. Not when the system is down, not when the site is being hacked and you keep getting booted to your backup, and now when your profits are lower then you expect. But hey i see you are on your high and mighty steed again.

mcdavi02 · · #47775

Guys, where can I find a list of x11 pools? Liie I said, my 3 main pools down, and even the shitcoin pool I use sometimes is down

Searing · · #47776

@Aura89 fully aware of this but PH on 11/8 and 11/9 DID NOT go to bu pool completely..only partial and only parial on bu pool...1/3 hash lost 2 days mining that % as air...no reimbursement...today stuff did shift to bup pool litecoin pool..so miffed at prev downtime not today (much)

Searing · · #47777

IF PH would completely hit bu pool on downtime I’d have little issue with the pool as it goes thru revamp ..hopefully it will continue after today to go to bu pool as it has today and from now on..then I’ll stfup :)

mcdavi02 · · #47778

@mycide What X11 pool do you recommend, For the first time ever all the pools I use are down, except one highly unprofitable shitcoin pool

Minermoe · · #47779

Yes I am high for sure didn’t know it was that obvious hahahaha

Minermoe · · #47780

Just so you know Aura89, it is a good business practice for a company like PH to credit their users, which make PH money, by choosing them as a pool, PH can provide a credit for their issues, for reasons which they can prevent. Getting hacked is an obvious thing in this space, however there are measures PH can do to have this happen. By not porividig a credit, users will ultimately be forced to use another pool, and provides RISK that user may never come back. In the long term, it would be the right thing to do for Ph to provide a credit and also is a SMART business choice to make.

Minermoe · · #47781

I am entitled to my opinion and your entitled to yours. Don’t use this forum to use me as a punching bag, thank you!

Minermoe · · #47782

Also to point out, these amount of problems don’t happen with other pools as they prevented it from happening again. They like most business have provided a credit even though they didn’t have to. But when it happens over and over and over again, then they definitely should. If it is a 20min thing that happened once a month, I personally wouldn’t care. Even though with other companies, it happened once in a blue moon, they still provided a credit for a good gesture of customer service and let me mention again, DOWN TIME ONLY HAPPENED ONCE, and they still provided a credit. People may disagree but most agree with me, as many PM me and say I’m correct.

mycide · · #47783

well that’s just it, i dont got a backup for x11

Minermoe · · #47784

@mycide use Antpool?

mycide · · #47785

I tend to agree aswell, but we really should have backups, cant expect to be payed from the pool when the pool isnt making anything, sure thing for good gesture, but that is wishful thinking

mcdavi02 · · #47786

Guys, with so many shitty pools out there, I would love a poit out on a good one to put as my 3rd or 4th; lost a lost of time tonight because All my pools were offline!

Minermoe · · #47787

Yea but they make 5% everyday. As a business they know to set money aside for infrastructure, legal, taxes, etc. Also business know they will have to provide credits to their customers for things to keep their customers happy so they don’t chose another competitor. That is my hole point. I didn’t post my opinion to be attacked. Jeez. Thank you MJ

Minermoe · · #47788

Try Antpool.

mcdavi02 · · #47789

@Minermoe what would you recommend for a good backup pool? Anypool?

mcdavi02 · · #47790

Soory, Antpool was offline

mcdavi02 · · #47791

It is my secondary

Minermoe · · #47792

My Antpool is working fine. Are you sure you have the configurations all correct, username and all?

mcdavi02 · · #47793

It is online now, but it was dead for hours, I think so because all my miners are back to Antpool now

mcdavi02 · · #47794

It is the first time I had issues with antpool for X11

Minermoe · · #47795

There are many pools, you can also try slush pool

mcdavi02 · · #47796

I don’t love Antpool, I would love to find a pool with an interface like Prohashing, I like to see instantly what is up. Prohashing has the best interface, the worst uptime

mcdavi02 · · #47797

Slushpool does X11?

Minermoe · · #47798

Or nova pool I have never tried them myself but seen ratings on them. PH is the best for payouts, but until After Nov 23 (their upgrade day) I feel you’ll be making less $$ on Ph due to the constant boots and downtime and efficiency

Minermoe · · #47799

Multipool.us or you can just google x11 mining pools, you will get many options and chose the best one for you

mycide · · #47800

is this scheduled downtime or what is going on?

Minermoe · · #47801

No scheduled downtime is posted under the News section on the forum

mycide · · #47802

that’s what i thought.. Time for some news Steve!

Steve Sokolowski · · #47803

it seems like the virtual machinfor the miing server went offline, so Chris is restarting it

mycide · · #47804

sneaky Steve thought we didnt see him did he ^^

mycide · · #47805

good my rigs are dying of boredom.

Minermoe · · #47806

Thanks for the update Steve

xm2sj · · #47807

什么时候可以恢复

xm2sj · · #47808

Time to recover?

mrpickledash · · #47809

when mining solo can we still get paid in ltc or need to be the coin we mine solo? thx

rulovico · · #47810

My miners show "no valid shares yet..." and i have not receive any earnings for 7hrs, the miner are hashing in PH because the backup pool is not been used :(

avichuela · · #47811

How can i use qty.2 antminer l3+ to mine litecoins? i cant find an option to "add a worker" or should i only configure the 2nd antminer with the same login 1st worker info ?

martian · · #47812

For the password on each miner use n=anyname but use the same username on both this will separate them and your stats will show two different names

AppleMiner · · #47816

AppleMiner · · #47817

tell me the address pool? stratum+tcp://prohashing.com:3333#xnsub or stratum+tcp://prohashing.com:3333/#xnsub do I need to add #xnsub?

meinerkey · · #47820

no need to add any shizzle

meinerkey · · #47821

meinerkey · · #47822

@Steve it concerns me that you may not have basic alerting in place via syslog or the like to determine when a VM goes down, or is unusable

sanches771 · · #47823

Today from 12:00 pm worker was not available, any problems?

sanches771 · · #47824

meinerkey wrote: it’s http://prohashing.com:3333
thank you

sanches771 · · #47825

For L3+ difficulty? d=131072 right?

meinerkey · · #47826

if you read the Help page, it literally says ’don’t add any manual constraints if you want the best payout, instead let the sophisticated mining software choose dynamically’

meinerkey · · #47827

so you can use n=fancynameofmyworker, but that’s about all you should add, according to the Brothers

sanches771 · · #47828

ok, a=scrypt ?

CryptoTiger · · #47829

are payouts getting lower and lower? I have 2 x L3+ running and I’m seeing around 0.5 LTC daily total for the 2.

sanches771 · · #47830

Еvery day lower and lower. This pool gives more than the other

CryptoTiger · · #47831

is there a way to set it up to mine specific alt coins on scrypt and save them as that coin, so I can stockpile some of the up and coming ones

sanches771 · · #47832

Add wallet the coins in which you want to accumulate

AppleMiner · · #47833

if the coin is listed as avilable for a payout coin.

AppleMiner · · #47834

add 3 or 4 and use the sliders to give ratios

Kfedorek · · #47835

Ya this is bad constantly gettign no shares for hours at a time and the mienrs are workign but the backup pool is not being used thus im losing 100s of dolalrs daily

CryptoTiger · · #47836

sanches771 wrote: Add wallet the coins in which you want to accumulate
ok I saw that feature but didn’t understand. do you need a different wallet for each coin? or is there one that can accept several different ones? so I can use the same wallet for each

AppleMiner · · #47837

each coin needs its own wallet

AppleMiner · · #47838

but you can find a wallet service that offers the coins you want, and has a wallet for each coin on that service

sanches771 · · #47839

separate wallet for each coin

Kfedorek · · #47840

such a pain to switch but profits have declined here so much its time to go

th3dark · · #47841

Anybody know why the payout threshold in Bitcoins has doubled?!?

meinerkey · · #47842

probably because transaction costs have doubled, or thereabouts

AppleMiner · · #47843

@Kfedorek :  if you find a place with green grass please let us know.

CryptoTiger · · #47844

This pool seems to be one of the best I found but does anyone have an alternative they can offer just so I can set up a backup? I had NH, but they’ve tanked....like $5/day on an L3+ now

AppleMiner · · #47845

really?

AppleMiner · · #47846

I was getting 22 on NH just 3 or 4 days ago

AppleMiner · · #47847

not sure what is going on with BTC anymore, if people are saving it, spending it, trading out of it or into it

AppleMiner · · #47848

just gonna stick to my LTCs

Jakeg5280 · · #47850

ill give them a few more days to sort out the issues then try again

Jakeg5280 · · #47851

lol have been pretty steady... sorry about that

meinerkey · · #47852

here here gents, all good in the Hood - more mining, less whining :-)

meinerkey · · #47853

and yes i have t-shirts for sale with that on it - low low price of 1 Satoshi (sinking fast!)

memomix · · #47854

BCH Founder's at the same time the founder of Bitmain Corp?

mjl13 · · #47855

Guy, my profits over the last few days have been terrible. I’m only sitting at $7.14 for today and I’m mining the most profitable coins. Only a week ago, I was averaging around 18. Any ideas what’s going on? Has the site been down recently?

micca410evo · · #47856

meinerkey · · #47857

umm, DASH payments have still not gone thru guys, can we fix this?

micca410evo · · #47858

oh wait

micca410evo · · #47859

miners are still getting kicked i guess mjl

AppleMiner · · #47860

pool diwn for 4-5 hours today?

micca410evo · · #47861

i noticed that one of my miners was kicked off 1 day ago

micca410evo · · #47862

and 4-5 hours yes

mjl13 · · #47863

@micca410evo, My miners look fine, I think (to be honest, how would i know)? I opened a ticket with bitmain and they said all looked good.

micca410evo · · #47864

There has been downtime last night/day depends on your geo location
