I feel bad fro all the people that jumped on the D3. I almost did the same but i spent alot of time researching and the math didnt add up. Just fired up my other L3+ today. Pretty jazzed about doubling production. Funny... building a room for a miner is exactly like building a grow op.
@fallingcurtain : We’ll see if that company ever actually produces anything. They have been saying they will since 2013, and all the images they have displayed are rendered images, not real.
My first miner has 218HW errors after 3 days on one board and none on anyof the others. My second machine is picking up HW errors on 3 of the boards. No two Miners are the same.
@fallingcurtain : Same, though i just became more suspicious of the company honestly. The 1GH version is built in 14nm technology and takes 1400 watts of power from the wall, whereas the 2GH version, for some nonsense reason, is built on "28nm/22nm", which doesn’t make sense, it can’t be both, so maybe they don’t know? But why not 14nm like the first? Less efficiency for the 2nd? And even with that less efficiency, the 2GH version, the twice as powerful version takes 1200 watts. So, less efficiency, twice the speed, and takes less watts? .....
As well from the 1GH has 400 hashing chips and the 2GH has 32 hashing chips. If these turn out to be real, i don’t understand them. It basically comes down to either its a complete lie, or something drastically changed between their 1GH and 2GH model where comparing them from the node technology, amount of chips and speed of said chips, is not even remotely comparable.
i heard from some OG’s in the game EHS been running that bullshit for some time, continuously kicking the can down the road and raking in lots of preorders in the meantime.... i wanted to believe in competition against bitmain, but it looks like its just innosilicon and BW for now
its true, two miners with identical settings, one gets .90% and the other .68% increased my earnings to about 50 a day with these two + my others usually bout 60 or so
i have plenty of thermal room and i tried pushing mine harder... they get 3% hw errors if you bump it up any higher at all... that freq i quoted you literally is the max the system will do i think without multiple psus and air conditioning cooling
I think they lost their rep, i would say 1 in 3 people would never buy from them again unless they are millionaires and got money to flush down the toilet or gamble
I’m starting to get the hang of this Prohash interface.. its best to chose to get paid out in a coin that is low in value, and then hope that coin jumps.. I’m changing my payout from LTC to something else much more promising
