@jupjup : I had the same symptom. I submitted ticket to PH support. I noticed that CoinBase is saying outbound transfers are delayed so maybe something is going on with the Ethereum network. But, I thought distributed everything solved all the worlds ills?

Sorry I got my times mixed up, the counter and balances i believe reset at 5am GMT and then payout occurs at 11am GMT

maybe submit a help ticket, ask for when the account info was changed and see if they can find the IP of the computer logged in at the time that changed it
