D3 much lower hash rate

Hello

I tried this site with one D3 because I was told the profit is good. The dat before I was using the ant pool. The issue I had today is that my normal hashrate is 17.50 and here I got only 12.00 and lower and my profit was much lower than yesterday on the ant pool, probably because my hash rate was 30% lower

Did I do something wrong ? Anyone else using a D3 and having the same issues ? If not, can you post your configure settings

I like the possibility to choose different coins for the payout, I like the dashboard
