and you send in that 1 board for a replacement
hashingpro · Sun Sep 24, 2017 05:37 AM UTC · #31017
takes 3-4 days I hear never done it myself knock on metal desk.
Red and White Shield · Sun Sep 24, 2017 05:37 AM UTC · #31018
what if it is something else? : | and what else could be dropping hashrate so much/how can i know which board is screwed
hashingpro · Sun Sep 24, 2017 05:38 AM UTC · #31021
94 and 90 are sorta run of the mill now
hashingpro · Sun Sep 24, 2017 05:39 AM UTC · #31023
anyone else stuck in calculating hashrate?
Red and White Shield · Sun Sep 24, 2017 05:40 AM UTC · #31024
tbh this particular miner once turned the fault light on i turned off and later tried again and went green no problem
Red and White Shield · Sun Sep 24, 2017 05:41 AM UTC · #31026
i am stuck in there with the miner i think is messed up
Red and White Shield · Sun Sep 24, 2017 05:41 AM UTC · #31027
has any of yours ever turned the fault light on?
hashingpro · Sun Sep 24, 2017 05:41 AM UTC · #31029
if they lose connect to the net they can
hashingpro · Sun Sep 24, 2017 05:42 AM UTC · #31030
that fault lite can be any number of issues
hashingpro · Sun Sep 24, 2017 05:42 AM UTC · #31032
the cord from the ethernet came out
Red and White Shield · Sun Sep 24, 2017 05:42 AM UTC · #31036

Red and White Shield · Sun Sep 24, 2017 05:43 AM UTC · #31040
the 5 drawed to much power from that fuse and it turned of, and my internet switch also drawed power from there
Red and White Shield · Sun Sep 24, 2017 05:43 AM UTC · #31041
the switch turned off, and the other 5 as well but this one didnt
hashingpro · Sun Sep 24, 2017 05:44 AM UTC · #31043
sometimes they trip othertimes takes a while other times they just power off the green yellow light and do nothing else
Red and White Shield · Sun Sep 24, 2017 05:45 AM UTC · #31044
kinda new to mining scene and i heard bitmain was troublesome to deal with with warranties so i was kinda worried.. but now im more chilled.. even thou its a nasty coincidence that this one has less than half share count and less 100 mh/s
Red and White Shield · Sun Sep 24, 2017 05:47 AM UTC · #31045
oh well, i think i gotta go, tomorrow or so ill let you know of the differences in profits, ltc wise and $ wise by adding d=131000, and will test d=131000
tumbolia · Sun Sep 24, 2017 08:40 AM UTC · #31050
hung at no valid shares...is a reboot going on?
hashingpro · Sun Sep 24, 2017 08:44 AM UTC · #31051
yeah thats what I was thinking too
hashingpro · Sun Sep 24, 2017 08:44 AM UTC · #31052
was getting a solid recorded hashrate for a good while there too
tumbolia · Sun Sep 24, 2017 08:45 AM UTC · #31053
switch to NH for 4 days to compare. Came back to try again here and no shares. Miner keeps going to backup pools. I tried. Heading back to NH
tumbolia · Sun Sep 24, 2017 08:46 AM UTC · #31054
I’ll check back soon. Like PH way better then NH for a few obvious reasons...hoping this bug can be fixed up. Sending good energy...
tumbolia · Sun Sep 24, 2017 08:46 AM UTC · #31055
Is there a mailing list or somethign where reboots or issues..tech stuff is announced?
mickeekung · Sun Sep 24, 2017 09:42 AM UTC · #31058
Bitcoin payment already received. Thanks
sawczyszyn2554 · Sun Sep 24, 2017 12:38 PM UTC · #31059
Anyone got any literature i can read about bitmain miners? Like what everything means in the gui
mickeekung · Sun Sep 24, 2017 12:52 PM UTC · #31061
@Jules9 No. The pool is running as normal.
caosmen · Sun Sep 24, 2017 01:02 PM UTC · #31063
since today my L3+ miner has 99% no valid shares or go to f2pool to miner. idk do you have problems with the update? last days everything when fine. 15$ per miner and now i have just 7$ today ...
Steve Sokolowski · Sun Sep 24, 2017 01:51 PM UTC · #31065
I discovered a major problem, but it wasn’t caused by the update
Steve Sokolowski · Sun Sep 24, 2017 01:52 PM UTC · #31066
there is no evidence of lost shares
Steve Sokolowski · Sun Sep 24, 2017 01:52 PM UTC · #31067
I don’t know what the effect of the issue is, if any
Steve Sokolowski · Sun Sep 24, 2017 01:52 PM UTC · #31068
but as to complaints, the only issues I discovered are display issues and this problem
Steve Sokolowski · Sun Sep 24, 2017 01:52 PM UTC · #31069
while some people complained about lost shares, we haven’t seen any and the $10 people are earning for an L3 is expected
Steve Sokolowski · Sun Sep 24, 2017 01:53 PM UTC · #31070
and that should probably be down to $8 or $9 today
dog1965 · Sun Sep 24, 2017 02:15 PM UTC · #31071
looks like its running nice today even though my hashrate is on the low side.
snterranova · Sun Sep 24, 2017 02:20 PM UTC · #31072
Steve - I’m making $17-$18 per day per L3+ - not $10
gnode · Sun Sep 24, 2017 03:05 PM UTC · #31074
When I first starting my miner it instantly went to my back up pool
gnode · Sun Sep 24, 2017 03:06 PM UTC · #31075
After about 3 minutes it showed prohashing as dead then after about 2 minutes more it showed prohashing as alive
gnode · Sun Sep 24, 2017 03:07 PM UTC · #31076
After another 5 minutes my miner finally switched to prohashing What gives??
gnode · Sun Sep 24, 2017 03:09 PM UTC · #31077
The reject rate is 8% Not good!
gnode · Sun Sep 24, 2017 03:10 PM UTC · #31078
I’m mining with an A2 Terminator and I’ve been mining here for over 6 months.
MrHollowPoints · Sun Sep 24, 2017 03:30 PM UTC · #31079
If total earned is greater than your recent payout, why does ’payout eligible’ equal 0.00?
centar · Sun Sep 24, 2017 03:34 PM UTC · #31080
Steve Sokolowski wrote: I discovered a major problem, but it wasn’t caused by the update Care to elaborate on this at all?
mycide · Sun Sep 24, 2017 03:36 PM UTC · #31081
atm, im expecting 20 usd atleast per L3+
MrHollowPoints · Sun Sep 24, 2017 03:36 PM UTC · #31082
Why does my total earnings keep going up but my payout eligible is stuck at 0.00 ??
MrHollowPoints · Sun Sep 24, 2017 03:37 PM UTC · #31083
When looking at total earnings, subtracting that from already paid out, I’m definitely over the threshold
Steve Sokolowski · Sun Sep 24, 2017 03:43 PM UTC · #31084

wow X11 profits really took a shit D3 december batch will be hard to roi within a year
sawczyszyn2554 · Sun Sep 24, 2017 03:59 PM UTC · #31087
1400 bucks for D3 and with the market prices dropping... who cares... imo im mining to save the coins I get
sawczyszyn2554 · Sun Sep 24, 2017 03:59 PM UTC · #31088
this why.. I no longer have to use my income to fund my crypto investments.
sawczyszyn2554 · Sun Sep 24, 2017 04:01 PM UTC · #31089
if my dashboard on Prohashing just says, NO valid shares... adn keeps saying that... is there a way I can check if my miner is mining... regardless of what the site says on the dashboard?? as I feel the "no valid shares" is just a display problem on the site itself.. not the mining process..
sawczyszyn2554 · Sun Sep 24, 2017 04:01 PM UTC · #31090
i will say that the dashboard on PROHASHING gets all fucked up all the time for me...
sawczyszyn2554 · Sun Sep 24, 2017 04:02 PM UTC · #31091
litecoinpool website NEVER has issues with displaying your miner stats.
Camey · Sun Sep 24, 2017 04:03 PM UTC · #31092
Can you mine by yourself on prohashing? If so, could someone please walk me through the steps?
sawczyszyn2554 · Sun Sep 24, 2017 04:03 PM UTC · #31093
at least none that I have noticed. Im yet to test if im getting more from other pools though.. I have no figured out how to set the Zpool stuff for my L3+s... and there isnt much literature about it... noone is really that helpful it seems
sawczyszyn2554 · Sun Sep 24, 2017 04:04 PM UTC · #31094
yea.. Prohashing seems to be all fuckered up for me..
sawczyszyn2554 · Sun Sep 24, 2017 04:05 PM UTC · #31095
im getting the same issue with my miner saying the site is DEAD
sawczyszyn2554 · Sun Sep 24, 2017 04:05 PM UTC · #31096
but then again... another miner i have says the site is ALIVE.....
sawczyszyn2554 · Sun Sep 24, 2017 04:06 PM UTC · #31098
when I look at my MINER STATUS.... how can I tell what pool the miner is currently mining on???
Steve Sokolowski · Sun Sep 24, 2017 04:11 PM UTC · #31099

Steve... lol no shit.. "sokolowski's'' is a famour ethic restaurant by me
snterranova · Sun Sep 24, 2017 04:13 PM UTC · #31102
the total hash rate (e.g., MH/s) line at top left in bold seems to be accurate. I have 4 miners. Whenever the hash rate shows half of what I expect, the other two miners showing as "no shares found" or "calculating hash rate" are indeed mining on the backup URL properly. I think pro hashing is best in that it pays more, and ashamed all the miners do not always mine properly, but better than just mining straight litecoin.
snterranova · Sun Sep 24, 2017 04:15 PM UTC · #31104
my user name is "snterranova"
snterranova · Sun Sep 24, 2017 04:16 PM UTC · #31105
of course prohasing does not make as much $$ when our miners go to the backup URLs, so that should be incentive for them to keep working on these issues. but I am still thankful this site exists and thank them for their efforts
sawczyszyn2554 · Sun Sep 24, 2017 04:18 PM UTC · #31106
ill agree the site pays out nicely.. but there seems to be zero consistancy lately... at least thats the experience I have gotten.. go figure.. i just started mining last week after a 4 year break haha
sawczyszyn2554 · Sun Sep 24, 2017 04:19 PM UTC · #31107
i find the miners go back and forth...
sawczyszyn2554 · Sun Sep 24, 2017 04:20 PM UTC · #31109
id rather have a miner keep mining nonstop then swap between pools... each time it swaps it takes like a few minutes... and it doesnt just do this a few times a day... ive notice it does it like 10 times a day...
sawczyszyn2554 · Sun Sep 24, 2017 04:20 PM UTC · #31110
10 times a day.. can easily be an hour of down time ive noticed maybe im nuts though...
sawczyszyn2554 · Sun Sep 24, 2017 04:22 PM UTC · #31111
just rebooted one of my miners adn I just watched it go back and forth from PROHASHING and LITECOINPOOL...
blh1976 · Sun Sep 24, 2017 04:24 PM UTC · #31113
i am having the same problem @sawczyszyn2554
blh1976 · Sun Sep 24, 2017 04:26 PM UTC · #31114
mining efficiency went from 100% to 83.33% overnight with 60 rejected shares (stale)
