Big difference between connectionless http traffic and holding open stratum connections for days.

And stratum is bi-directional as well, which may also be causing some challenges for the JP-Proxy nodes.

honestly, the bros just dont have the time for it, vanity updates to the website are on hold, and they are fcusing on bugs only and suppot tickets. if a member of the community wishes to write up a guide and make a forum post, they have full ability to do so, but time is a rare commodity lately
