novaexchange had a short downtime ~20 hours ago. could this be the issue?
I don’t know; we just can’t get any data from them right now

Steve Sokolowski · · #15296

the number to the bottom right is the 95th percentile of the last 1000 profitabilities

jintar · · #15297

nicehash x11 diff error what is the pass argument d=2 or h=2 ?

S3KshuN8 · · #15298

Gotcha. Thanks.

Raab · · #15299

Is there any reason why BCC payments aren't going through? My LTC and ETH payments have all gone throuhg but nothing for BCC in the past 3 days

mironbot · · #15300

@Steve Sokolowski :  did you

mironbot · · #15301

Check my account?

mironbot · · #15302

@Steve Sokolowski :  now I see. Payment is done. Thanks

Kuduzela · · #15303

I’m new in mining; who can explain the 4.99% flat fee; is it a once off fee or a monthly fee for using the pool; please elaborate.

Darklyspectre · · #15304

it’s a fee every single time

Kuduzela · · #15305

@ Darklyspectre- thank you for your response- by every time you mean every payment or every month- please elaborate

Raab · · #15306

For anything you do, there is a 5% fee. But it is automatically deducted when you mine. So if you have a recorded daily earning of $100, you actually had $105 but 5% was deducted.

Raab · · #15307

there is a full explination at the bottom of the help page, just under customer support

jintar · · #15308

Scrypt: 8.39¢ · 0.00002208 BTC · 909.87 GH/s this + %5 or this final price ?

Raab · · #15309

don't know about that. The fees are taken out of earnings. So whatever your earnings are add 5% and you will get what you mined.

dc101 · · #15310

I am confused, so today whatever show on the live balance is what we earn, no credit like those days before? thanks

S3KshuN8 · · #15311

The ticker is a live ’snapshot’ of performance; the number at the bottom right of the bar charts are the 95th percentile of the last 1000 profitabilities, which is a better estimate of the pool’s profitability for the day at hand.

S3KshuN8 · · #15312

To clarify, not necessarily 1:1 mind you.

pilottage · · #15313

DEV /// Take the time to connect the coins that you sell.... you sell me REDDCOIN at an abusively expensive price the price has divided by TWO.... they ARE so many loopholes in your supposed profitability that it would mind blown people to learn that you revert SELL and BUY price... so not only is the site deeply bugged with tons of rejects but the price we HASH are out of a HAT.... this is WAY more damageable to our profits.... no REDDCOIN on your coin list what a farce...

S3KshuN8 · · #15314

@ pilottage Please clarify, Redcoin (RED) scrypt coin or or Reddcoin (RDD) Proof-of-Stake coin?

S3KshuN8 · · #15315

and allow ME to clarify, I am a newbie, NOT a DEV !

hikan2 · · #15316

And what is your income on L3 ? I only have a 15.70 $ since the beginning of the day !!!

dc101 · · #15317

there is something wrong today hikan2 ... just wait for Steve to let us know

hikan2 · · #15318

Dc101, You, too, today a little income?

dc101 · · #15319

Forum notification · · #15323

Steve Sokolowski · · #15324

made a major advance in something that caused lost shares and blocks

Steve Sokolowski · · #15325

continuing investigation of other issues

Sunegg · · #15326

Awesome Steve - Stick in there.

Steve Sokolowski · · #15327

as to lower earnings, that’s because of novaexchange issues

Steve Sokolowski · · #15328

our earnings are lower to offset our risk

Steve Sokolowski · · #15329

we’re hoping that we will be able to resolve that within a few hours

Steve Sokolowski · · #15330

but they should match the promised numbers

Steve Sokolowski · · #15331

the promised numbers are just lower than usual for now

jkleohart22193 · · #15332

hi steve

jkleohart22193 · · #15333

I put a topic in for help

jkleohart22193 · · #15334

I am using old stuff I pulled out of the basement after a few years

jkleohart22193 · · #15335

you might be able to know what the problem is quickly

GregoryGHarding · · #15336

@Steve Sokolowski :  will there be another adjustment once the lost shares/blocks issue is resolved?

mickeekung · · #15337

How about ignored diff?

S3KshuN8 · · #15338

Slider for Solo/PPS ratio anyone? ;)

GregoryGHarding · · #15339

@S3KshuN8 :  impossible

citronick · · #15340

has PH gone back to normal?

GregoryGHarding · · #15341

getting there

Steve Sokolowski · · #15342

Chris restarted to fix a problem with bitconnectcoin pricing

Steve Sokolowski · · #15343

and pricing for other proof of stake coins

GregoryGHarding · · #15344

steve, i noticed since the big update wamp stats reset once every half hour or so, is this a bug or by design?

S3KshuN8 · · #15345

so is merge mining ;) Oh wait...

Steve Sokolowski · · #15346

which stats?

S3KshuN8 · · #15347

GregoryGHarding wrote: @S3KshuN8 :  impossible
Can I quote you on that? :D

mmfiore · · #15348

yes definitely a problem with bitconnect payment freezing. That could be why my profit was so low.

GregoryGHarding · · #15349

@Steve Sokolowski :  homepage

mmfiore · · #15350

yes while watching payments on homepage they would stop for bitconnect but the other coins would continue updating

GregoryGHarding · · #15351

@Steve Sokolowski :  all coins / found blocks disapear and come back again..

mmfiore · · #15352

there is something strange going on as the profits are lower than they should be.

GregoryGHarding · · #15353

wisdomofsol · · #15354

Steve Sokolowski · · #15355

wisdomofsol · · #15356

mmfiore · · #15357

great what was happening with bitconnect> I was doing 80 percent on thatcooin

mmfiore · · #15358

GregoryGHarding · · #15359

@Steve Sokolowski :  also should note, if you weren't aware.. BCH didn't pay out last night/this morning

Gr33k · · #15360

@Steve Sokolowski - You guys should join slack ;)

mmfiore · · #15361

how team do we join?

mmfiore · · #15362

what team

Gr33k · · #15363

prohashing

Gr33k · · #15364

prohashing.slack.com that is :)

Steve Sokolowski · · #15365

we’ll join slack at some point

Steve Sokolowski · · #15366

I need to install and set it up

Gr33k · · #15367

It’s easy and you have all your fans there <3

Steve Sokolowski · · #15368

I’m also afraid of what Greg says over there

Gr33k · · #15369

LOL

Gr33k · · #15370

Greg does a pretty good job keeping order in there :)

mmfiore · · #15371

hmm Slack is asking for my prohashing.com email address. I don’t have a prohashing email address/

Gr33k · · #15372

hmmm have you tried just using your personal email address? Or perhaps the one you use with your prohashing account? I think I just used my email...I used slack for a few channels

GregoryGHarding · · #15373

@Steve Sokolowski :  lol steve, i have much respect for you guys

GregoryGHarding · · #15374

@mmfiore :  the invite link is in the support area of forums, under support options

Gr33k · · #15375

Indeed - Greg has multiple channels - one that provides the updates you guys post when there are problems...very helpful :)

Darklyspectre · · #15376

man. profit of 20 bucks a day on a L3+. seems low no?

Gr33k · · #15377

@Darklyspectre - yep there was a hiccup today it seems. You can get 35-45 a day on average so far here it seems (at least for me) - sometimes more on a great day

mmfiore · · #15378

that is what i need the invite link

Darklyspectre · · #15379

personally I only started mining not too long ago so I am still not sure on what pool to mine on. nicehash or this so far.

mmfiore · · #15380

Cant find the link? Is it in prohashing forum?

mmfiore · · #15381

send me the link to the link

shahjalal · · #15384

What is the bad sector or disadvances of Antiminer L3+?

mmfiore · · #15385

Finally I am joined. Thanks for the help

Gr33k · · #15386

Not sure i quite understand the question - but L3+ miners are great in general right now :)

Gr33k · · #15387

np @mmfiore :D welcome aboard

shahjalal · · #15388

Oh that’s good... But I have some doubt about PC config... Though I am newbie at this... Can you help?

Gr33k · · #15389

there really isn’t much PC configuration involved - You log in to the miner by it’s IP address. Login to with user/pass root - then setup your pools :D

Gr33k · · #15390

server=prohashing.com:3333 user=<prohashing username> pass=n=<minername> (Example user=gr33k pass=n=Miner1)

shahjalal · · #15391

That’s it? But what is minimum config to use for it?

Gr33k · · #15392

that is pretty much it - you can play with difficulty and what not - but you don’t HAVE to. diff= and h= (to prevent from mining on some low power coins...but I don’t suggest it for starting up)

Gr33k · · #15393

d= for diff sorry - you can see the options on https://prohashing.com/help.html

shahjalal · · #15394

Oh... That’s cool... But didn’t I need any soft or any tools?
